Wouldn’t the world be a much better place with more Christianity in it?
“Sure. Sounds great!”
we say…
“As long as we can have our M.O.R.” (pronounced “more”)
Here in the U.S.A. we know ALL ABOUT having, and wanting M.O.R.
So much in fact; that now “M.O.R.” is spreading to other countries as well!
Seems like everywhere your look; this church or that church is touting M.O.R.
“Our church is M.O.R. than your church.”
“Oh no; it’s not! Our church is more, M.O.R. than your church!”
And on and on it goes.
Why, oh why; do we want to race to the Middle?!!
M.O.R. = Middle Of the Road
Is this a good thing?
Should it be happening?
How would I know if this is happening around me?
What could I look for?
NOTE: There is extreme deception in this M.O.R. gospel mindset; so I’ve included some ‘translations’ in the [brackets] to clarify what is really being said and/or the truth of reality.
Three things you might hear a current M.O.R. Christian say about themselves:
“I’m just not into extremes. Didn’t Jesus live in the middle?”
[As a matter of fact; Jesus was so “middle” that He put Himself between us and our sin. Giving us a way to be separated from sin; instead of Him. If that is Jesus’ middle; sounds quite radical, to me. Mind-blowing in fact; that God would become a man, and pay for the removal of sin from our lives, with His own life.]
“Yes! The middle is where “truth” and reason is found.”
[the truth is: there is NO reason to mix down, or water down His message…it is a dangerous road to be on. Bringing a fallen type of thinking, that we are more compassionate than Christ…Jesus was compassionate to the person, but utterly violent with the sin.]
“You know the way to heaven is so narrow; therefore I’m going to stay in the middle.”
[said to cover themselves; and to not be required to do anything, or to have ANY responsibility to change.]
Three things a M.O.R. Christian might say about why “middle of the road” Christianity is the way to go:
“We can get more support, reach more people, and cast a wider net by being all-inclusive.”
[Of course! You will always find more people willing to live for themselves; than to die for Him!
And did not The One come and show the way…
Also; “ones” in God’s kingdom have had great impact, such as:
Joan of Arc,
St. Patrick,
Martin Luther,
John G. Lake,
and the list goes on and on.]
“By staying in the middle we can get more people to pray “that” prayer.”
[praying a sinners, or a specific salvation prayer is not biblical. We are to deny ourselves, and take up our cross (dying to self). If we have died with Him; then we are resurrected in the newness of HIS life. And are able to follow after Him. If we need to repent (change our way of thinking) in ANY area…
Let’s do it!
NOTE:
(I am not excluded from ANY words given. Be quite certain, that I will pour over and over them, and take them more seriously than anyone else; both before & after they are released.)]
“The middle is more realistic, more attainable, and more maintainable.”
[Yes, unfortunately; it is all the MORE evident in our world today. But, is it really easier to maintain & manage; or is the middle more attainable?
By following it don’t we follow our own course? And thereby becoming responsible for the outcome?
God knows what works!
He’s laid it out already!…
Why would we ever want to reinvent His Wheel? His Wheel works! Always has; always will.]
Look at Jesus. He is our ultimate example. He came and lived a sinless life.
Didn’t He challenge every part of the status quo?
Did He live His life by being filled with “middle of the road” living?
Or did He come to destroy it?
Let’s think about the disciples and apostles. When they entered a region and proclaimed the good news, riots would break out. In many cases if not for the signs and wonders, and the flowing wisdom of Holy Spirit; the apostles would have died on the spot. In some cases people killed the messengers where they stood; irregardless. Before the message was fully revealed; some of them were martyred for the sake of the gospel.
If you sincerely search the Bible you will see NO place where it talks positively about a “middle of the road” gospel.
Jesus, our resurrected Lord in Revelation 3:1-4 describes something totally “other”; when comparing His Gospel to a “middle of the road” gospel. But, from what He says; sounds like many of them were trying stubbornly within themselves, to live a “middle of the road” gospel out.
JESUS SPEAKING:
“Write this to the angel of the church in Sardis: “Here is a message from the one who has the seven spirits and the seven stars.
“I know what you do. People say that you are alive, but really you are dead.
Wake up!
Make yourselves stronger before what little strength you have left is completely gone.
I find that what you do is not good enough for my God.
So don’t forget what you have received and heard.
Obey it.
Change your hearts and lives!
You must wake up, or I will come to you and surprise you like a thief. You will not know when I will come. “But you have a few people in your group there in Sardis who have kept themselves clean. They will walk with me. They will wear white clothes, because they are worthy.”
Revelation 3:1-4 ERV
“But, Jesus what about our M.O.R. gospel?”
JESUS SPEAKING:
“I know what you do, how hard you work and never give up. I know that you don’t accept evil people. You have tested those who say they are apostles but are not. You found that they are liars. You never stop trying. You have endured troubles for my name and have not given up. “But I have this against you: You have left the love you had in the beginning. So remember where you were before you fell. Change your hearts and do what you did at first. If you don’t change, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.”
Revelation 2:2-5 ERV
People looking to fill their own desires and a “bless me” gospel are baffled at “this” Jesus.
This is the same Jesus!
He didn’t change!
We just; didn’t know Him!
We mistakenly thought the gospel’s sole purpose was to make our day better, somehow. Making it all about ourselves; in order to be able to add Him into our plans, and our daily lives.
Or so that we could enter into our ministry, our destiny, and our place of exaltation.
It’s time alright.
Time to destroy this “middle of the road” gospel!
It’s destroying us.
And…
It’s definitely NOT “THE” GOSPEL!
“But, I don’t want that type of gospel!
I want to do what I want!
I want to serve God how I want to serve Him!
You serve Him how you want to; and I’ll serve Him how I want to.
I’m not changing from, what I’ve been doing!”
JESUS SPEAKING:
“I know what you do. I know about your love, your faith, your service, and your patience. I know that you are doing more now than you did at first. But I have this against you: You let that woman Jezebel do what she wants. She says that she is a prophet, but she is leading my people away with her teaching. Jezebel leads my people to commit sexual sins and to eat food that is offered to idols. I have given her time to change her heart and turn away from her sin, but she does not want to change.”
Revelation 2:19-21 ERV
Finally; here is what I deem to be the ultimate example from Jesus, testifying against the “middle of the road” gospel mindset.
JESUS SPEAKING:
“I know what you do. You are not hot or cold. I wish that you were hot or cold! But you are only warm—not hot, not cold. So I am ready to spit you out of my mouth.
JESUS STILL SPEAKING:
“I correct and punish the people I love.
So show that nothing is more important to you than living right.
Change your hearts and lives.
Here I AM!
I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and eat with you. And you will eat with me. “I will let everyone who wins the victory sit with me on my throne. It was the same with me. I won the victory and sat down with my Father on his throne.”
Revelation 3:15-16, 19-21 ERV
PERIOD.
Correction; Jesus has spoken with the biggest exclamation point possible!
His work is complete!
All that is missing is our response!

Why are we so driven by not knowing?
Why is it, the unknown; that always excites us?
Why are we as carnal beings; continually on to the NEXT?
Is the unknown so grand that the known, and knowing; has become passé?
What is; this life?
Left as unknown, in a race to get to the next one?
Would we not soon tire of the next life too?
What good is a mysterious place called heaven; if we have no relationship (knowing) with Him NOW?
How weird would it be, to not know Him, or be in fellowship with Him; but at the end of this life being received into His presence anyway, into His unknown?
What good is it, to have a God that has been in fellowship with our sufferings, and tempted in ALL ways like us (yet without sin); while we ourselves remain outside of fellowship with Him?
Who can know God?
Who can understand His ways?
Even the Living Epistle, God in the flesh was misunderstood; wasn’t He?
Was this His will: to remain unknown?
To remain a mystery?
Why did He cry?
Why did He weep over the rejection of His Words of Life; by His opposition & accusers?
Wasn’t it because He wanted to be known?
Why did the very ones that should have known Him; reject Him?
Why did they all hide their faces and hearts from Him?
Was anything about them; unknown to Him?
Why do you draw us to Yourself; if not to know You?
Is not laughter, and extended time on the earth foolishness; if only the unknown remains?
Is it a blessing to toil in this life; and start over in the next?
Does this sound like a Knowing God; who wishes for unknown-ness, or anonymity in our dealings with Him?
Can we truly have passion for the unknown?
What do we know about it?
What is our favorite thing about it?
Is it the warmth it brings?
Or is it the cool breeze?
Is it our favorite color?
Is it’s taste sweet?
We know NOTHING about the unknown; why do we reject the known with such distain?
Who has tricked us into believing a lie?
Who has told us; “the next is better than the last”?
“Has God really said”?
Wasn’t this; the first lie?
Eat the unknown; isn’t that what you really want?
It does seem good and sweet; doesn’t it?
But of course, it’ll be great; won’t it?
I think I’ll love the unknown, even though I’ve never tried it; you want a bite too?
Sure, a great mystery of the unknown, has to be better than communing with God in the cool of the day; right?
Mystery & Misery, on a convergence course, driven by the unknown; who knows?
Maybe someday our questions will end?

Or; did God ever intend for them, to begin?

Declarations must be rooted in something.
If they are rooted in self’s desires; will they not reap corruption?
If they are rooted in Truth and Love; will they not bring forth Life and Light?
Note: You will find some scripture references as examples in these declarations. A few of them are almost direct quotes and some are simply based around the referred scriptures and their principles.
Caution is needed; because some would say:
“it’s just (it’s only) His Word.”
“That’s not very revelatory.”
As if to minimize what is being said. Be careful; you would do so at your own peril.
He regards His Word above His very Own name. (see Psalms 138:2)
Not a single word from His mouth will ever fall to the ground. Our words may fall to the ground (some of them fall before they leave our mouths); but His NEVER will.
If you fail to honor His Word, you will fail to honor anyone’s; even your own! And He will have to painfully, yet resolutely blot your very name out from before His face…
So as stated…proceed with caution!
Unless…
You fully believe and embrace His Word, living out of every Word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
If…
In Him you live, move, and have your being.
Then…
Proceed with utter abandon to His will and His ways!
“You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God’s favor] shall shine upon your ways.”
Job 22:28 AMPC
Let’s get started with the declarations!

You are coming in and going out from a place of victory.
(see Deuteronomy 28:6)
Circumstances cannot lie enough to quench the fire of His Spirit within you.
(see Song of Solomon 8:7)
The Truth is evident in your lives; so the Truth shall make you free.
(see John 8:32)
He knows your rising up and your laying down; nothing is taking Him by surprise.
(see Psalms 139:2)
No weapon formed against you shall prosper and every wagging tongue shall be silent at HIS command.
(see Isaiah 54:17 & Psalms 64:8)
Greater is He that’s in you; than he that’s in the world.
(see 1 John 4:4)
Love’s fire, is not complacent; and neither are you.
(see Deuteronomy 4:24 also Hebrews 12:29)
The gates of hell cannot restrain the advancement of His Kingdom.
(see Matthew 16:18)
If He said it; He will establish it.
(see Numbers 23:19)
As water fills the cracks in the rocks; so does His Spirit fill your very being.
(see Ephesians 3:19)
Without Him we are nothing; but you are NOT without Him.
(see John 15:5)
We look to the hills. From whence comes our help? Our help comes from the Lord. He is our forward AND rear guard. He is our shield AND buckler. A thousand may fall at our right hand and pestilence may fill the land; but it will not come near our dwelling.
(see Psalms 121:1,2 also Isaiah 58:8 also Psalms 91:7)
If the Lord builds the house; shall it not be established? What has the Lord began to do and He left unfinished? What resource escapes His grasp? Does He not know how to figure the cost? Did the unforeseen EVER bring His project to a halt? He indeed has counted the cost; and placed His resources within His people.

God is never afraid to tear down the lesser in order to establish the greater.
(see Hebrews 10:9)
Those that pour out with abandon He will EVER fill. Those with a false measuring scale and a miserly heart, towards another; He will pass by. But, to the generous will He not; show Himself generous?
(see 1 Kings 17:16 also Romans 8:32 also James 1:5 also Proverbs 11:1 )
To those who put their trust in Him; they will NEVER be disappointed. God, our God; You are never gonna let us down. You have never failed us yet. Nor will You; ever!

To the increase of Your Kingdom; there will be no end.
(see Isaiah 9:7)
With You as our source; we will never run out.
(see 1 Chorinthians 8:6)
Your ways are without stumbling; ingrain Your ways within Your people.

With clean hands and an upright heart Your people ascend Your Holy Hill.

Your praise is from everlasting to everlasting.

The wholeness of Your greatness; has never been told. To tell the sum of it would take much longer than a thousand generations.

We are awed by Your presence; Lord awe us with Your presence.

You will not put on us more than we can bear. Help us to not heap trouble upon ourselves; bringing an unhealthy, and a crushing weight.

Keep our relationships with others pure; as we keep our relationship with You pure.
(see 1 John 3:3)
Keep the false and perverse far from us. When we come near it, may it scatter and be brought to nothing.
(see Proverbs 30:8)
Our hope is in the Lord. Because of this; our hope WILL SURELY be fulfilled. We no longer hope in anyone, or anything else. Because we have seen enough of it’s frustration.
(see Lamentations 3:24)
If we look to You, and lock our gaze there; even though we may be blind, You will cause us to see. If we look to others in a comparing or in a fixative manner; even though we can see, we will become blind.
(see Hebrews 12:2 also 2 Corinthians 3:18)
Thank you Lord for your tender mercies towards us. Your face ever shines on us, or we would be totally wiped out!

Live for His Glory, and let angels tell the story; of His great fame, working in His people!

Why do we act as if, God got “saved” in the New Testament? He says:
“For I am the Lord, I DO NOT change; that is why you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.” Malachi 3:6 Amplified Bible Classic Edition
We need to see His “New Testament” Love at work in the Old Covenant; and His “Old Covenant” Justice carried out towards sin in the “New and Living Way”.
He is the same God in the Old Testament as the New. So much so, that when He talks about Jesus (His Son) in the book of Revelation; He calls Jesus: “The Lamb slain before the foundation of the world”.
To God the Father, it was already done (the giving of His one and only Son). It was settled in His mind/heart/spirit; before the fall of man had occurred. Before man was ever formed from the dust of the ground, God breathing Life into man; it was decided. God the Son, would give Himself for man.
While there was still as of yet, nothing.
God was the same.
While everything still is.
God is the same.
The day that is coming, when all is nothing.
God will be the same.
It is NOT God; who wants us to see Him differently in the Old and New Testaments. It IS our enemy; that wants to warp our view of God.
The people that have lived, in the time before redemption; were pointed to the ultimate arrival of the Redemptive Hope.
We, as the people who came after Jesus’ first appearing; should be able to look back and see that He is unchanging and resolute in His ways.
“Behold then the kindness and severity of God”.
We act as if that was written under the veil, or shadow of the Old Testament; taking place under the Old Covenant.
What if it was written there?
Does that make it okay to dismiss it?
Did God who DOES NOT CHANGE; change His mind?
(By the way it’s found in Romans 11:22)
Why do we think it’s okay to dismiss entire concepts, words, meanings, sections, chapters, books, and even Testaments, when it comes to God’s Word?
How messed up is it to: Live and cling, with everything within us, to the “promises of God”; all the while denying the instruction and correction needed to get there.
God’s Word is NOT a candy store of our choosing. Where we get to take, only the sweet treats we desire.
What about the needed medicine for our healing?
“But, that tastes bitter.”
So what?! If it is for our healing! Choose it!
What about the “rod of correction”? If we are headed down the wrong path, headed straight for destruction; don’t we want correction? Or do we only want a sweet bag of candy on our destructive path?
“For the Lord corrects and disciplines everyone whom He loves, and He punishes, even scourges, every son whom He accepts and welcomes to His heart and cherishes.”
Hebrews 12:6 AMPC
OUCH! that’s New Testament, people!
How sick; and just like our enemy to trick us into believing a lie. We shout the “promises” from the rooftops; but, we ourselves blot out the path to get there. We refuse to hear the path; and we cut anyone off who tries to speak it out.
Psalms 111:9 & 10 MEV says:
“He sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever; holy and fearful is His name. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all who live it have insight. His praise endures forever!”
We ALL want wisdom and insight; especially in the areas we are focused upon. How are we going to obtain wisdom and insight if we reject the concept; and the very words: “fear of the Lord”? His own name is “Holy and Fearful”. So is the Lord supposed to avoid those particular words and concepts that we are phobic about? Or is the desire and will of the Lord to destroy everything that stands in the way of Love?
Why do we limit our spiritual diet to only “positive” scriptures?
What?!! “Positive scriptures”?
If you “believe”, and you are a “believer”; they are ALL positive to you!
If you refuse to “believe”, and you are an “unbeliever”; then even the most “positive scriptures” will testify against you…
Until, you believe!
For the sake of the “Believers” let’s look at
2 Timothy 3:16 & 17…
“EVERY Scripture passage is inspired by God. ALL of them are useful for teaching, pointing out errors, correcting people, and training them for a life that has God’s approval. They equip God’s servants so that they are COMPLETELY PREPARED to do good things.”

I Don’t see anything in there about “picking out a positive little goody bag of promises”. I see in this scripture a statement of how to obtain the promises of God. Taking EVERY scripture seriously so that we are completely prepared to do the good works of our Father.
Finally, to reiterate God has NEVER needed to be “saved”! He is the same yesterday, today, and forever! He has NOT changed His mind concerning us!
GOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE:

His mind has ALWAYS been settled concerning man. We however; need CONSTANT renewing in ours…
“And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.”

We are rich and increased with goods. In need of nothing.

Why am I having so much trouble living the Christian life?
I’m just a sinner saved by grace. (So, as sinners we sin.)

As a man thinks in his heart; so is he. You have been restored back to The Father. I no longer call you slaves (sinner’s). I call you My sons and daughters. So, you CAN live like it!
We say:
Why did Christ have to come and die?
He say:
“He died for all so that those who live would not continue to live for themselves. He died for them and was raised from death so that they would live for Him.”

We say:
I was born this way.
He say:
All must come and die to their old life. So that I can give them life; and life to the full.
We say:
We can’t.
He say:
We can do all things through Christ; who strengthens you.
We say:
God gave me these emotions and feelings.
He say:
Are you sure that’s not what the fall of Adam in the garden, gave you? Because I AM Love!

We need to start saying what He is saying!

The 1’s and 0’s the yeses’ and no’s
Sometimes, we think things are so complex. Or at least we try to make them that way. But, in reality they are simple. So simple; that there are only two choices. Our daily struggles, and swirl of confusion; in actuality is a “binary problem”.
Like the binary code that guides computers, it is our series of yeses’ and no’s that guides us; taking us to where we currently are. Sometimes we would all like to blame our current conditions on some “great mystery”. As if we had no idea how we got there.
I know we all have “different” starting points. Some were raised with a silver spoon in their mouths and others were glad to even have a “plastic” one. This is not just about wealth (money). We are all starting from our own points of not only wealth, but spiritual & family heritage, education, home environment, family structure, etc.
Even with taking all this into account; there comes a time when this “heritage” starts to be overridden by our choices of: yes or no.
No matter how “blessed” or how “deprived” a person is; things start changing at a certain point.
The blessed can say “no” to God & Truth and “yes” to the devil & lies; over and over again in their choices, until finally they are no longer able to be called blessed, because they are consumed, with depravity and cursing. Eventually it becomes all they see; and all they know. Even though they were blessed; now because of their daily and moment by moment choices they are deprived of that blessing, and are becoming full of the curse.
In like manner also, the ones who started out their journey deprived and surrounded by cursing that say “no” to the devil and his lies, and “yes” to God and His Truth over and over again; begin slowly but surely to distance themselves from the depravity they were born into.
This “binary problem” of yeses’ and no’s affects the spiritual and the natural.
People born into great poverty and depravity have risen to great heights in wealth, blessing, and wisdom. People with no spiritual heritage have become Giants in the faith.
Likewise those born blessed spiritually and naturally, have fallen into depravity and cursing never to rise again. Each has made their own choices; in this “binary problem”. So, great mysteries of success and failures should no longer remain so.
If we choose wisely and repeatedly; we will succeed. If we choose foolishly and repeatedly; we will fail.
Simple and easy. Even a child can understand it; which is good because we ALL start this process while we still are one!
“See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil;……… I call heaven and earth as witness this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live: Deuteronomy 30:15 & 19 Jubilee Bible 2000.
It’s NOT TOO LATE to change your ways if there is still breath within you!
Becoming like Jesus is the answer to our binary problem! So refuse to be confused by the gray! There is only wisdom and folly, truth and lies, God and evil.
Let God be your “1” and you be His!
Remain unshaken by the devil’s zero; and the threat of his lies.
God’s “1” is always greater than the devil’s zero! No matter how many zeroes he strings together The “1” is still greater!

God sent His Son. Not a messenger, not some angel, or a manifestation. Not merely a representative. God the Father sent His only begotten Son. His Son became flesh. We who had never been able to see God; were now able to not only see Him, but to hear, & touch Him, being able to draw near to Him, and to relate to Him, as one man relates to another.
I love how some versions translate the word “dwelt among us” they translate it as: “tabernacled among us”. It floods my heart and mind with so many visuals of the tabernacle of David.
God’s Son didn’t come to earth to “hide out” or be some kind of secret agent, or spy. He came and reveled His glory; God’s glory flowing through a man.
His Son was full of “grace and truth”. This term “grace and truth” as written in the original Greek, put these two terms: grace & truth; together as inseparable (indivisible) from each other. So as it was written, you could not take grace away from truth; nor truth away from grace. Therefore, John could have said something like this:
{God who is Love, sent His Son; “The Word” into the world. God’s Word, was full of Grace; bound to Truth. He wore an earthly garment like us, but He was not limited by it; because He only revealed, the Glory of His Father.}
This brings me to a question.
What are we revealing?
Or better yet:
What are we, that are flesh; becoming?
The Word became flesh, but He lived like The Word. Don’t get it twisted; He was fully man while here on the earth because: one man (Adam) caused all men to fall, so one man (Jesus) came to redeem all men from the fall.
So, what am “I” becoming?
Some would say:
“Well, I don’t know; I’m just making it through life, the best that I can.”
Or:
“I want to do God’s will; but who can know the will of God. It’s so hard to find His will out. I don’t know what my destiny is.”
“So then do not be foolish, but understand (know) what the will of the Lord is.”
Ephesians 5:17 New American Standard Bible
Oh, snap! We’re supposed to KNOW the will of the Lord!
“Ok, ok; I better scramble, to find out what His will is. I’ll try all these methods and systems that I see other people doing. Or, maybe I’ll get that new book, written by that famous Christian author. You know, that one that talks about “10 ways to know YOUR destiny” and “42 ways to recognize YOUR calling.”
What about?:
“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of HIS calling, what are the riches of the glory of HIS inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of HIS power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of HIS might”

Our destiny & our calling; has been trumped, and elevated to a higher purpose. To a higher calling. It is no longer ours. It’s ALL His!
It’s His calling, His inheritance, His power, His might! And it’s not found in some new teaching or book or sermon series! It was written long ago! So let’s stop deceiving ourselves and letting ourselves be deceived.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”

Let’s get His knowledge…He wants us to get it…it’s there for us to get.

Since He has called you as a son/daughter and has bought you back and restored sonship; walk worthy of His calling regardless of suffering, persecution, and wrongs. Commune in union with Him. He is Love; so love one another. You have a high calling (I don’t know how it could be any higher). Jesus said as His Father sent Him, in like manner; He sends us.
Think about that! Our Big Brother showed us how to walk in the earth and commissioned us to DO as He did! Bringing Heaven; the reality of Love, to earth!

I’ve felt your draw all of my life. Your pull has led me into ways that are destructive to myself, and to those that love me, including my most core relationship; the relationship with my Creator. Every time there was an opportunity for advancement; there you were sin, like a lead anchor around my feet. Using every way possible to frustrate my destiny and thereby thwarting the Creator’s original intent for myself and those around me.
One day my Master through one of His servants came and showed me the way out. And I was FREE! No longer bound by your anchoring chains. I felt the flow of my Creator once again. His flow was so comforting, that even though it was the first time I had experienced it in my life; His flow was what I had been searching for, but had been unable to find. I finally was lit up from the inside out.
Immediately after your (sin’s) anchor was removed from my neck; you started your constant barrage to place it back around my neck. Trying to find a place of darkness for your (sin’s) heaviness to attach. you even attacked me with scripture; similarly as you attacked my Master, Jesus.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 3:23 KJV
Taking this scripture and twisting it to say “For all currently have sin, and nobody’s perfect.”
Taking the freedom in Christ, who knew no sin; and attempting to turn my new walk with Him, into my same, old sinful walk, but now with Christ added in? What about this:
“For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” Romans 8:29
Did Jesus have sin? Did He walk in it? Did He like some of us; wallow in sin and still say He had relationship with God? God forbid!
Wasn’t it Christ’s freedom from sin that allowed Him to become the perfect sacrifice, for our sins? How will we be like Him; and be His brothers and sisters?
By sinning and ONLY being forgiven of sin, but still operating in it? How twisted, how putrid, how demonic!
Or by believing that Jesus’ life, and the shedding of His blood; was strong enough to free us from the punishment of sin, from ages past to all the ages future, yet not strong enough to free us FROM sin, but to only forgive us FOR sin??!!
What a satanic cop out! …..
Jesus loves, Jesus forgives; but He can’t do anything about sin…
So just keep right on sinning, because your forgiven, brother……
Jesus’ blood can forgive, but you’ll always have me (sin).
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!

FREE FROM sin! Not; only forgiven of sin!
So accept this note as my formal letter to you sin; that:
No more, will I accept your lie that, “I have to deal with you”.

I have been found by a Greater Lover! I want to become like Him; and not like you.
I want to stare at Him. When I think about or try to look at you anymore; you make me sick!

Our enemy will stop at nothing to see his will fulfilled…Here are some examples:
he will try and take our belief in the “Truth of God”; and twist it into believing “that all things are true”.
he will try to take “God is Love”; and twist it into “God loves all things”.
satan twists and twists, until it seems God even loves sin.
God loves us so much we don’t even have to repent (change our thinking) or even be sanctified (change our ways).
Our enemy wants us to think that God loves us so much that it doesn’t matter what we do.
he whispers “there’s really not a hell; or any judgement anyway.”
People that speak out against any sin; well they are really the same as a racist.
The only real “sin” Jesus had trouble with while He was here on earth was religious people; some would call them “Christians” today.
And on and on it goes…
The attack on God’s Character, Principles, and Truths is relentless. Our enemy is determined to have his way.
How determined are we; for God to have His way in our lives and in the lives of those around us?
The enemy doesn’t care what trips you up. he will use whatever lie it takes. he will use them all. Will you, in your defense only accept part of God’s truth? No wonder we’re vulnerable and unstable! Instead, can we accept ALL of His Truth; which would enable us to stand firm?
No enemy! Everything is not relative! Or subjective!
The enemy is willing and able to die for his lie. Are you willing to live and honor God’s Truth?
Are you willing to be His Light in a dark place?
Are you still able to learn and receive from God? Or have you already attained all of God’s Truth?
Is this asking too great a sacrifice? Too much of your time? Too much of your focus? Too much of a fight?
The enemy’s side is full of smoke and mirrors with no substance. We have the Now faith:
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

We’re talking about fighting fair…
Do you think it’s the “right” words that causes the enemy to flee; or is it the right Person?
When Jesus came into an area or situation His Light was released; and darkness was exposed and defeated. Which do you think the enemy can overcome: your words or The Personhood of Jesus? What is the hope of Glory?
“To them God would make known what is the glorious riches of this mystery among the nations. It is Christ in you, the hope of glory,”
Colossians 1:27 Modern English Version
How do you get rid of darkness? What dispels it? Does darkness have a choice, or is it greater than the light?
What is darkness?
Darkness is the absence of light!
When Jesus walked the earth was He not filled with Light?
Did the darkness have any other choice; but to flee? Sometimes the darkness was told in what direction to flee; and at other times He just told it to go.
That brings me to another question. Did the darkness come towards the Light? And as it came towards the Light was it able to attach itself to It?
Isn’t darkness only drawn towards; and only able to attach to: darkness?
Like things; are drawn to each other: water to water, oil to oil, darkness to darkness, and Light to Light!
So, when we as the carriers of His Marvelous Light, encounter darkness and oppose it, dispelling darkness; where should we look for any attachment of the dispelled darkness?
Only in the dark places of our lives!
Better yet; if we are the carriers of His Light, & vessels of honor for His glory, can the darkness attach to His Marvelous Light?
OF COURSE NOT!
ONLY if we walk in darkness, can the darkness be drawn to us.
“through the tender mercy of our God, whereby the Sunrise from on high has visited us; to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.””

“We heard the true teaching from God. Now we tell it to you: God is Light, and in him there is no darkness. So if we say that we share in life with God, but we continue living in darkness, we are liars, who don’t follow the truth. We should live in the Light, where God is. We do not fight fair. Nor should we. Let’s continually be freeing ourselves from darkness.

How do we do this? By focusing on our darkness?
NO WAY! Because that would be what we would be drawn to. Let’s focus on His Marvelous Light and be drawn to That! Allowing His Light to dispel the darkness in us and as we are filled up or Light-ified….dispelling the darkness in those around us.
We do not fight fair; nor are we called to. When The Light arrives on the scene; darkness doesn’t stand a chance!

Welcome! I’m so glad you came. Our entrance into this world is violent and messy. But, here we are. Brought out of the womb of darkness and thrust into the light.
Ready to please.
You come into the world ready to please………. yourself.
It’s how we all start out. Concerned only with our needs; and our desires. Even before we know “consciously” what our desires are; we want them.
As we grow, we discover that we are conscious and aware of our desires; and the demand placed on others to meet them. Even when we couldn’t fully express with words, our desires; we cried out for others to meet them. We cried, so they would; just come to us. Because after all, weren’t we the ones whose needs: “had to be met”? Causing others to be our servants, and be at our beckon call.
As we grew further, we were trained by the ones caring for us; to pay attention to their needs. Because they were also aware of their needs (self aware); and were crying out with words and actions for their needs to be met as well.
So through our being trained up in the way we should go (or maybe shouldn’t go), by others; many of us were taught to be focused on the needs of others. This kind of thinking focuses on people (individually and/or as a whole). But, it could be focused on other things outside of ourselves; such as animals, plants, or our “environment”. Which includes the possessions we own, our cars, houses, or even literally the world we live in; allowing them to become our focus. What about:
“For the [whole] earth is the Lord’s and everything that is in it. [also see Psalms 24:1; 50:12.]”

And as our growth continues we begin to learn. Learning how to respond to ourselves, and others in order to obtain the desired result. Using our words and our actions; we begin to please ourselves and others. Even though there are struggles in this; we soon come to believe that, this is the goal: pleasing others.
We come to believe this because, we have been trained by people who want their own desires met. Therefore, meeting the desires of others becomes the goal.
So, we travel that road. The road of pleasing others and doing actions that ensure it. For a period of time things may even seem like they are working. Even Jesus could have been deceived by this (many have accused Him of it); but He wasn’t. He was teaching one day laying out some cutting truth:
“If David himself calls Him ‘Lord,’ in what way is He his son?” And the large crowd was listening to Him with delight.”

They were pleased with His words and actions. But, shortly some of the same crowd would be screaming: “Crucify Him!”
They (the others) wanted to crucify the One who had reached outside of Himself; perfectly.
Perfectly, He had reached towards them with His words and His actions.
“Even though He had done so many miracles before them (right before their eyes), yet they still did not trust in Him and failed to believe in Him–”
John 12:37 Amplified Bible Classic Edition
“For by your words [reflecting your spiritual condition] you will be justified and acquitted of the guilt of sin; and by your words [rejecting Me] you will be condemned and sentenced.””

They were rejecting Him, because they discovered that to Jesus it wasn’t “all about them”. It definitely wasn’t all about Himself either. What else could they do; but to try and get rid of Him?
All they had known, all they were taught, were the concepts of pleasing themselves and/or the pleasing of others. Is this the concept or “truth” that will remain in the end: pleasing others and/or pleasing ourselves? Look at this scripture from the “end” times:
“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”
Revelation 4:11 King James Version
Why were they created? For self’s pleasure? For bringing pleasure to others? NO! We are and were created for God’s pleasure! Not created to please ourselves; or even to become “selfless” and only please others. I want us to pause, and say this again (because there is so much deception about it).
We were NOT created to become “selfless” and to become only pleasing to others! This WAS NOT and IS NOT His message to us! This alone, is NOT the Christian message!
Jesus did not come so that we would merely “help” others; or so that we would become “other-ly” aware! This kind of thinking is a cheap counterfeit “knockoff” copy; of the Original’s intent. This counterfeit causes us to fear man, and to be concerned with mans displeasure. Taking God’s Truth which is longing to be revealed, and bending It into a lie; so that man will be pleased.
Jesus came and lived and demonstrated concern for the words, actions, and desires of The One, His Father, God. The announcement and declaration from His Father to Jesus was this:
“And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.””
Matthew 3:17 Modern English Version
And that wasn’t the only recorded time.
“While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased. Listen to Him.””
Matthew 17:5 Modern English Version
What about in the garden of Gethsemane? Even then, Jesus’ desires were the desires for; and of, the Father.
“Father, if you are willing, please take this cup of suffering away from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine.””
Luke 22:42 New Living Translation
Even though Christ had come to restore relationship and bring a new and living way to us; this was not what He had FULLY came for. His desires were for His Father and pleasing Him. Pleasing The Father was the fullness of Jesus’ desire. Jesus only did what He saw His Father doing. Jesus only spoke what He heard His Father saying.
He was and is of good pleasure to His Father!
We were and are created for The Father’s good pleasure also!
So let’s fulfill our creative destiny and please Him! The “others” and ourselves; can ultimately only find pleasure in Him.
Remember, this pleasure is not found by pleasing others or ourselves! We can only find His smile over and through our lives by living for pleasing The Father. It’s so easy to be pleasing to Him that it’s what we were created for…… You could say we were born to do it!
Keep pleasing HIM! and keep on pleasing Him through the end!

Who copies a copy? Don’t people rather; copy an original?
Paul says follow me as I follow Christ. (1 Corinthians 11:1) Doesn’t that mean we are tracing Paul’s lines? So we should follow Paul; right? Is that what he’s encouraging? Or is he saying don’t copy me; unless I’m following the lines of The Original?
A copy only works when no one has seen the original.
No one would say; after seeing the original and the copy: “Give me the copy.”
Would you rather have the bird or a picture of a bird….How about literally having your spouse or best friend, present; or would you rather just have a picture of them.
A picture is less messy. You can pull it out whenever you want. It always agrees with you. It changes nothing!
The real, present, and actual “original” is messy. It’s there whether you want it there or not. It gives input. It challenges you. It changes everything!
“But, can’t I just have a “part time” encounter or relationship with The Original? Can’t I just do part of it and let someone else do the rest?”
“But someone will say, “One person has faith, another has actions.” My answer is, “Show me how anyone can have faith without actions.
I will show you my faith by my actions.””
James 2:18 Good News Translation

This brings me to a good question. Who did God form and fashion you after? Adam, Paul, John, Judas? How about someone else throughout history? Did he copy you after someone else and trace their lines?
Or did He look at something within Himself; an attribute that could only come from, and be found in Him. And since He saw that attribute was only found in Himself; didn’t He trace that attribute out when he fashioned you, hidden in your mothers womb? So that, that attribute which was formerly hidden, and not found on the earth; would not only be made manifest, but flourish in the earth. Reproducing the next expression of His Glorious Attributes in the earth.
In the garden, when Judas and the mob came; Jesus didn’t say that He was a photo copy. He said “I am He” (The Original); and they fell backwards as dead men. Just like the words of Jesus’ mouth were creative and were full of power, in the garden during the beginning; The Original still had power in the garden, when they came to arrest Him. His power had not waned or grown old.
He has not “tired” of making “originals”. Nothing has zapped His power and strength; so that now He only makes photo copies.
He has not finished His creation INSIDE of man.
He has not put mankind on “auto pilot”; with no more attributes of The Original to be displayed.
He will never tire (nor will we) of more (and new to us) Original attributes being displayed, by Him…
“Day and night they never stop singing: “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come.” The four living creatures sing songs of glory and honor and thanks to the one who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever. When they do so, the twenty-four elders fall down before the one who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever. They throw their crowns down in front of the throne and say, “Our Lord and God! You are worthy to receive glory, honor, and power. For you created all things, and by your will they were given existence and life.””

Created and given life to be originals of His glorious attributes; and to make them manifest in the earth. An original has power. An original has value.
An original of the “Declaration of Independence” is so valuable; that nearly no price is too high. A copy of one, however; could be used to line birdcages with, having little to no value.
You are not a copy! You were not formed and fashioned with leftover scraps from the cutting room floor! You were designed with newly revealed and original attributes of The Creator. Ones that He wanted to reveal of Himself; NOW at this time!
So, you are an original…(one that He gave His life for). Do you still think falsely about yourself? Cast that thought down!
He, The Original would only give His life for an original; not a worthless copy! And never forget it!
Manifest HIS attributes that He has masterfully carved into you! You are an original and as such, have great value; and because you are His hand crafted original you carry power (in whatever way that He has designed you), just like The Original…….be original!

In Genesis chapter 2 we see God talking about the tree of Life and the tree of good and evil….
“Out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”
Genesis 2:9 New American Standard Bible
TWO trees are mentioned by name in the midst of the garden. “The tree of Life” and the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”
Adam and Eve were already intimate with God externally; they met with Him daily and were receiving from Him daily. They had NO concept of either good or evil.
The only guiding “Force” they had, about how to live out their lives was God. He alone was the solid “Constant” in their lives. He had already formed them each in their own special way…
“Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Genesis 2:7 New American Standard Bible
“So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. The Lord God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.” Genesis 2:21 and 22 New American Standard Bible.
Man was formed out of the “dust” of the ground and “Wo”man came out of the “womb” of man; who was formed out of dust and breathed into by God “the breath of Life”.
Let’s go in a different direction for a moment…
I’m sure we have all heard the statement: “Draw a line in the sand.” When faced by someone or some situation against which; we should take a stand. What does that even mean:
“Draw a line in the sand”?
Isn’t sand almost formless; and void (lacking structure)? Kind of reminds me of Genesis 1:2a {“The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep,”}
Of what benefit is a “line in the sand” that the wind, water, animal or ANY opposition; is able to destroy?
And is able to be destroyed, with such ease. Doesn’t sand take the form of whatever has moved it or has displaced it, taking “the path of least resistance”? If we were to take a stand against something; wouldn’t we want to use something more “solid”?
Bedrock, perhaps?
Now back to Genesis….
At the end of chapter 3 verse 19 we see this pronouncement at the end of God’s dealing with Adam over the disobedience of partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil:
“For you are dust, And to dust you shall return.”
Earlier we talked about God “forming” man and breathing into him causing him to become a “living soul”. God had placed something SOLID; into man. Something eternally living, with no worries about discerning good; or evil. Created by God; to only be focused, on God. Giving man dominion over God’s creation. And man ONLY taking direction, instruction and communion, from the Creator. Now we see this “firmness” being stripped from man, and his destiny being reduced from an eternal one; to one of dust.
Seemingly gone was original intent.
Now every line drawn; was just another line in the sand.
for every creeping thing to be able to destroy and blur.
God did not want this type of “existence” to go on forever; so:
Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever” therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken. Genesis 3:22 & 23
Dust and ashes. Ashes and dust. Serpent food…
“The LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, Cursed are you more than all cattle, And more than every beast of the field; On your belly you will go, And dust you will eat all the days of your life;”
Genesis 3:14 NASB
Men and women gnawed on, by the serpent. I guess humanity was glad that it didn’t have to live forever. Being ground further down and down; gnawed and chewed, day after day until nothing was left. Just dust to be consumed by our enemy.
But there still was this “Tree of Life”; and God would not allow His original intent to be thwarted.
As a matter of fact, there was an Ever Living Lamb; that was slain before the world was made (Revelation 13:8). He had made a way. He would come and set things right and restore structure and firmness; once again for man.
“When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” They answered, “Some say you are John the Baptizer, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He asked them, “But who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God!” Jesus replied, “Simon, son of Jonah, you are blessed! This Rock was not Peter (even though he was “a chip off the old block” so to speak). The Rock was Jesus; the only firm and steady One. It was and is tied to HIS identity. The One, who unlike the dusty serpent food; was Solid. Unshakable. Unmovable. There was no dust found in Him; only Rock. Nothing for the devil to chew on.
What does this mean for us?
#1 Stop drawing lines in the sand! Look to The Rock! See the lines in Him! There you will be able to stand; in His contours. Paul said in Galatians 4:19 that he labored until Christ was formed in you …He’s our Rock! If you fall; look to the Rock! Fall on Him! Don’t try to “glue” more sand together. Shake it off! Stand firm! Move forward!
#2 Don’t be focused on evil … or even good! Eat from the Tree of Life (Jesus)! It is the “knowledge” (intimate knowing) of Him that brings eternal life…reject wallowing in the daily dust!
#3 Christ in you IS the hope of glory! (Colossians 1:27) Since He has come (Jesus, and Holy Spirit); we have an internal guiding force, unlike Adam’s that was only external. Make full use of the internal (Holy Spirit); and the external (other believers) “firmness” in the Faith.
“Jesus asked them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. The Lord is responsible for this, and it is amazing for us to see’? That is why I can guarantee that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce what God wants. Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken. If the stone falls on anyone, it will crush that person.”
Matthew 21:42-44 God’s Word Translation
Come to Him; fall before Him broken so that you will be healed!
Don’t cause Him to have to come to you, with a crushing blow in order to free you from the dusty food, fit only for a serpent.
Let God restore the solid and original intent for our lives.
Let everything else that is dust; fall away from our lives. The devil can have it. Let him choke on it!
Better him than us!
We want to eat of the Tree of Life and not merely choke on temporary dust!

“My beloved spoke, and said to me, “Rise up, my love, my beautiful one, and come away.” (Song of Solomon 2:10 World English Bible)
There are precious times in our lives when God moves in and takes over. Some would call them “Divine appointments”; while others may blindly look at them as “the same as any other day”.
I wonder if we can even fathom the extent of the attention to the smallest detail; our Beloved is concerned about on our behalf?
“You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.” (Psalms 139:16 New Living Translation)
“And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Luke 12:7 Berean Study Bible)
we see in (Galatians 4:4a New American Standard version):
“But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son,”
Let’s focus in on one word from this passage; the word “fullness”.
Fullness means- “a filling up”.
This means not just one thing, caused this to occur. There were MANY actions that had to be set in motion by many different…Let’s call them “vessels”. Each vessel had to “pour out” it’s own part in order to fill up the “Largeness” or fullness of God’s ultimate plan. Where did each vessel get it’s fill of it’s own small part?
Vessels are created empty, in order to be able to hold something that is not theirs. A vessel cannot fill itself, with itself.
You can hold a empty cup over a tub; as if you were pouring something out. If the cup is empty; the tub will NEVER be filled. But, God in His unequaled brilliance has filled each vessel with perfect accuracy; to see His designed “fullness of time” to come to pass.
This means each vessel has to be willing to “come away” when the Master calls. Unless we “come away” with Him we will never be filled.
And if we are not filled, and are not able to “pour out” what He has placed in each one of us; His “fullness of time” will NOT occur.
Oh, He will find other vessels that He can fill; and that will pour out as He directs. Because make no mistake about it; His “fullness of time” WILL OCCUR!
satan couldn’t stop Jesus’ first coming and he for sure won’t be able to stop His second coming! Or this:
“For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery– so that you will not be wise in your own estimation– that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; (Romans 11:25 New American Standard Bible)
There’s that word “fullness” again. So we see that God has more work in mind. He didn’t stop when the fullness of Jesus’ first coming was reached. He is continuing to pour out until the FULLNESS is complete! He is pouring into us so that we will pour it out into the “tub” of His desire. So that He will be satisfied. Now that we can see “scripturaly” that there is work to do…. What do we do?
I believe the time is NOW for a purposeful way of life!
As we have just recently seen; working together as a team causes things that would take days or a week, as a sole individual; are possible in a matter of hours; because of His team at work (teamwork).
Be purposeful! Draw away with Him! Literally draw from His life giving flow; and pour it out! As He freely pours into you; freely pour back into Him with thanksgiving and praise. Pour as He directs, into those vessels that are in need of an emergency filling. You know; those that have gotten so hot and distressed by life that they are cracking to the point of explosion. Fill them with a cool drink from His brook and then point them to The Source so they can be filled directly by Him.
I challenge you to take a break from those things that are only dead weight. They don’t fill you; and they don’t fill anyone else. They only bring weight.
I challenge you to take the initiative and do something “radical”.
Clear your calendar for a day.
Go where you haven’t been with God in “forever” or maybe “ever”; this could be a special place, a special time, a special thought or ideas you share together.
Get up early.
Stay up late.
Whatever it is; don’t make it, or take it easy on yourself.
Challenge yourself.
If you can do it daily; do it for a week. If you are hardcore, go for a month or more.
Make what He breathes His Breath of Life on A LIFESTYLE, not a diet.
Let’s don’t allow whatever He’s breathing life into to only be for a limited time (a diet). Let’s make it a way of life!
By the way; His lifestyle is not replacing one habit or method with another habit or method. It IS FLOWING! It IS FULL! Full of His Spirit; not full of routine and boredom.
So don’t get trapped by your plan. Plan your way out of the trap!
Simply, take the first step. Set aside the time, the place, maybe even the focus of the time. Then once you get there; at the time, place, or focus; surrender everything to the Sovereign Spirit of God. Follow His steps, follow His… Way.
The first century church was known as “The Way”. Shouldn’t the last century church be known that way as well?
So, take up the challenge! Take up your chalice and let Him fill you up. Be a part of HIS pouring out! And of the seeing of His “fullness of time”; in our lifetime!

As I say this phrase, burned within me is the song “Raging Beauty” by Joann Mcfatter. A line in the song says “Whatcha-gonna-do with a God like this?”
This poses an interesting question. I’m sure we all have our answers ready. Some of those answers might be from a biblical or historical perspective; while other people may struggle to even form an answer. Ultimately we will all bow down before Him, and those with crowns; will cast them at His feet. There will be no doubt about the answer then. When He appears. Just as there will be no doubt about the worship that takes place in Heaven. We won’t see, hear, or even feel this way ourselves:
“I don’t feel like bowing down again.” Or “Do we really have to do this again?”
We will have abandoned the free will (that we still have) and will have relinquished it all to Him. All for His honor; and for His glory. For Him to do with as He pleases.
This causes a question to rise up in me. Since there is no doubt about what we will be doing in Heaven, and that we will be completely directed and submitted to His will there; when does the “whatcha-gonna-do” question come into play?
In Heaven/someday or on earth/now?
When do we have the “choice” to do great; or ANY exploits for Him?
In Heaven the choice is easy and automatic; unless we like satan decide to exalt ourselves. Which is interesting because satan was in Heaven (where God is) and satan still made a choice on his own terms {out of his free will?}. But, I don’t want to become ultra focused on that right now, because I don’t care about satan’s choices (he has already made them) I am only focused on our choices.
More specifically our choices NOW; and here on the earth. Let’s look at it a different way. Which choice(s) do you think God takes more interest in:
the someday in Heaven or…..
the here and now on the earth?
Does The Commander; the Lord of Hosts have more concern about what happens on the field of battle (here on earth) or what happens when we enter into our eternal reward (in Heaven)?
Even an army commander in a natural army is totally focused on what is taking place on the field of battle and seemingly unconcerned with what happens at home.
Jesus said that “He goes to prepare a place for us”. He’s got Heaven (home) covered. So where does our “whatcha-gonna-do” come into play?
In the parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14-30 we see Jesus telling about Himself and the Father. We see that He endows different measures of talents to His servants then leaves on a journey. When the Master returns He finds that 2 of the 3 servants have doubled what He has left them in charge of, and is well pleased. But, we see the Master is angry with the one servant who had no doubling or increase at all. (note: the wicked servant ONLY returns what was left by the Master; to the Master unchanged) The Master then says this statement as a learning tool to all that can hear:
“To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and they will have an abundance. But from those WHO DO NOTHING, even what little they have will be taken away.”
Matthew 25:29 New Living Translation
So we see that those focused on the carnal mindset of money are suddenly hit with a deeper dose of reality. Because the Master focuses in on those that do nothing with the gifts He has given them (they thought up until then; that it was only about money).
Yes, you have gifts (talents) because God has given them to you, but where’s the increase?
The original is His and the increase is His, but without the increase the reward will not be yours.
“The graveyard is the richest place on earth, because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered, all because someone was too afraid to take that first step, keep with the problem, or determined to carry our their dream.” –Les Brown
But, whatcha-gonna-do? Well let’s see what 4 leprous outcasts did:
“There were four men sick with leprosy near the city gate. They said to each other, “Why are we sitting here waiting to die? There is no food in Samaria. If we go into the city, we will die there. If we stay here, we will also die. SO LET’S GO to the Aramean camp. If they let us live, we will live. If they kill us, we will JUST die.” So that evening the four lepers went to the Aramean camp. When they came to the edge of the camp, no one was there! The Lord had caused the Aramean army to hear the sound of chariots, horses, and a large army.” — 2 Kings 7:3-6a Easy Read Version
So because of these 4 terminally sick outcasts, willingness to move we see in the rest of the chapter the following; because of their ACTIONS:
the siege was over,
the enemy was routed,
the famine was over,
a great victory was won,
great riches were brought into the kingdom,
an abundance of resources were released,
and lament was turned into joy!
The whole kingdom was affected by 4 seemingly talent-less (because if they had any talents I’m sure they felt that they had already been robbed of them) outcasts.
All because they were not willing to merely sit there & do nothing until they died!
So, what-are-we-gonna-do?
I know we are Spirit led people and we most definitely should be led by Holy Spirit; but, we should not be immobilized and waiting until we die, either.
In neither case example do we see the defense for inaction, or the support for action being a “word from God” or “no word from God”. In both cases it was the individuals responsibility to DO SOMETHING! with what they had been given.
Even in the case of the lepers; they couldn’t do much, they didn’t have any resources, no authority, or any power, but they COULD get up and walk towards a purpose and towards a goal! Why should any of us just “sit here till we die” immobilized by fear and doubt?
Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may have success wherever you go. This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not tremble or be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:7-9 New American Standard Bible
So step up and step out into what has been placed inside of you. Let it grow! If the seeds are kept in the package the plant will NEVER come forth! Get into the right soil, water the soil with His word, let the tender plant be cultivated by the storms and trials….. DO SOMETHING!
Then you can and will reap a bountiful harvest in due time. Because, His time for INCREASE is due!
So….. My question, or rather His question is: Whatcha-gonna-do?

Right now, in Jesus’ name I come against any spirit of “offense”, or ungodly mindset that would desire to stop the Truth (Light) of God; keeping the offended bound by chains of darkness. I come against any “twisting” spirit, that would desire to change/manipulate/twist the word of freedom from God into further bondage. I declare that a clean and teachable spirit shall inhabit your people. And that pride and deception WILL BE driven far from them. That they will be open to YOUR truth and it WILL be allowed to set them free! In your Holy name, to the only ONE who deserves honor; the holy and unchanging one; the same yesterday, today, and forever! By Jesus Christ; the ONLY one found in favor, righteousness, and glory, Amen.
You say, that if it’s not in the written word of God EXPRESSLY: that “You can’t do that!” Or “You can’t bless someone in that manner!” Or “That’s just weird; you must be in the flesh!” You rail against it and the people involved.
Then why do you drive or ride in cars? They aren’t in God’s word. Neither are cell phones, computers, electrical power, and much of the things we use in our daily lives. Surely we want our lives to “line up” with God’s word and God’s principles. Are we “walking in the flesh” simply because we “live” in a modern world and “use” modern conveniences? Of course not! Jesus had the most trouble from the “religious leaders” of His day; they are the ones who saw to His unjust death. Who do you think Holy Spirit has the most trouble with today; “Bible Belt”?
If following the Lord was/is all about a “checklist” and “rule following” don’t you think Jesus could have just stayed in heaven without coming to show us how to live, die and be resurrected; all without sin.
And Holy Spirit wouldn’t have needed to come to set us free, living inside of us, showing forth God’s great power within and through us.
Following a list of rules is carnal, in that it doesn’t require ANY real change; and it requires NO relationship. We are still in control. But, following and being surrendered to the Spirit requires not only relationship, but FULL surrender. It requires us keeping our ear to heaven moment by moment. God’s word will NEVER be understood through knowledge or wisdom of the carnal mind.
This is because God’s word is relational and revelatory. If you don’t have relationship with Him and He has not opened up for it to be revealed to you; you will not understand Him when He speaks.
Relationship and revelation takes out any part of “I’ve got this.” Or thinking that knowledge of; or the following of; a list of rules can bring us to freedom.
God appreciates tenacity. He loved it in Jacob. He appreciates a steadfast spirit that will not relent once something is “set” in it. But, the danger comes when the something that is “set” is either flat out wrong or allows us to arrive at a “wrong” conclusion about God, His ways, thoughts, and desires for us.
God surely moved in the New Testament apostles. But, He didn’t stop moving when their lives were over. The KJV of the bible has surely brought a lot of people to Christ. But, others it has caused to stumble. It is NOT God’s “breathed out”, “live giving” words that have caused this particular stumbling. His words are timeless and life giving eternally. Did God’s Spirit only “move” up until the death of the last bible apostle and then stop moving only to move once more in 1611 (when the KJV was written)? I’m glad you like 1611. God is much larger than that. He has many more favorite and highly regarded dates. Did God guard His word from the beginning and through all the prophets, through Jesus’ time and up until 1611 and now, as some say: “He can no longer protect His word.”?
How crazy!
And that; “Anything after the KJV is apostasy”. This isn’t true and should not be our mindset!
The same type of mindset would also deceive people into to thinking that the Old Testament is no longer valid in our lives today. Yes, Jesus came and died and rose again and FULFILLED (not abolished) the Old Testament laws and requirements. But some of us act like He destroyed the principles and obedience of right living set forth in the Old Testament.
If this is true; why then do we have such a long period of time laid out for us as an example in the Old Testament and a relatively short time span in the New Testament. The Old Testament spans approximately 4000 years while the New Testament spans approximately 100. The Holy Bible is ALL God’s word to us. Why would we ONLY focus on 100 years and ignore the rest? There are approximately 593,493 words in the Old Testament and approximately 181,253 words in the New Testament.
God does not waste words. He values them. He uses them to create; bringing things into being.
It’s the ENTIRETY of His word that points to relationship and brings revelation to us; not just parts and pieces. Parts and pieces is what satan uses to twist God’s word!
If you like 1611 (KJV) that’s fine, but “it” is not the road to heaven HE (Jesus) IS! If you were raised on 1611 word and it still gives life to you that’s fine. Great even! Because you are “living” on and through the life giving, God breathed part. Unfortunately many have been offended and lead astray from truth because of the misunderstanding of the words from 1611. We no longer speak or do much of anything else like it was done in 1611. Once again the God breathed word never grows old. It is ALWAYS life giving and new. But, the language barriers and mindsets (parts and pieces) that are from 1611 have stumbled many.
If there is a stumbling block (from 1611 OR today) shouldn’t we remove it? (I’m not talking about removing KJV . I’m talking about removing it from being exalted to the point that every other version before and since is nullified!) Shouldn’t we clear everything in the path that hinders; so the King of Glory CAN AND WILL come in? Shouldn’t we be determined to receive all of God’s word (the whole bible) in relationship and revelation; instead of parts and pieces.
Moreover shouldn’t we be even more determined to remove the old stumbling blocks FIRST? Because they are more intrenched than the new ones. And yes, people (because of their desire to live & walk in the flesh) are going to be offended by the Spirit. But, they should not have to be offended because of the offense brought through 1611. This is not really about 1611 or any other date or even any version of the bible, but rather more about false mindsets (parts and pieces of truth) that have exalted themselves above/against the knowledge & trueness of God. They have been and still exist in the church of the “Bible Belt” and elsewhere. They are mindsets, doctrines, and systematic structures that may be fine in their “limited” emphasis that they deserve. The trouble comes when they become “exalted” and taken out of their proper place. And therein lies the problem! When 1611, KJV, an individual rule or requirement, or anything else tries to take Jesus’ place as the ONLY way to God; taking Holy Spirit’s place as God’s direction, and Agent of change in the earth.
God has set certain limits in place for our protection, but limits brought by twisted doctrine and spiritual limitations are not from Him! He has His own structure, He has not withheld from us His very own Spirit. His structure is protective and free-ing! Jesus had the Holy Spirit with out measure! He will not limit us in the spirit! He has offered us His Spirit unlimited!
STOP TRYING TO REPLACE HOLY SPIRIT with a list of rules, a checklist, or ANY systematic structure!

Talking about taking things out of their proper place! You can’t replace Holy Spirit and His Fire (power) with a list of rules, checklist or systematic structure (no matter how good it is). And you can’t replace relationship with Him with parts and pieces of Him. Or insert a system and put it in place of His revelation. Such thinking is futile and crude; just as crude as someone that takes a toilet seat and wears it around their neck! That would be shameful to them and the toilet seat! You need the toilet seat, but it is out of it’s proper place around your neck. So get your neck out of there! Have the same mind/mindset that was in Christ Jesus!
Stop trying to exalt a certain version of the bible!

(Whether it’s fire-ry or seeker friendly)

LET’S EXALT JESUS!
Let’s respect the Father!
Let’s obey Holy Spirit!
And dare I say…
Let’s embrace the entirety of His word!

I know it’s hard to stop a fully loaded train that is moving full bore FORWARD and has traveled many miles down the tracks passed the place it was supposed to switch tracks or direction. It would take a long time to stop the train and back it up to the place that is missed. Especially when God (that takes no pleasure in those that turn back) has gifted those same “trains” (people personally; or a corporate body) in having no reverse gear. This IS one of God’s gifts to them for their benefit, He values it greatly in them, it makes Him smile.
So if we have missed the turn (towards Him and His direction for our lives) can we not start to make the turn further on down the tracks instead of remaining completely rigid in our WRONG direction? Yes keep the hammer/throttle down, but START MAKING THE TURN!
We want to fully be able to enter the truths and right paths that He has for us. I’m glad we don’t care about the world’s thoughts & opinions about us. But, don’t we want HIS words & thoughts toward us to be complementary and not an open rebuke? I want and would much more enjoy the complementary (praise-full) blessing of the Lord. So let’s do all that is within us through THE SPIRIT (not the flesh) to ensure that the “Bible Belt’s” placard on the front of our “spiritual vehicle” is not only true; but true and complementary as God intended:
“Caution! This vehicle does NOT back up!”

If we refuse anything and everything hard; will our skin not become so soft that ANY amount of resistance from the enemy will tear it?
Sounds like a plan of the enemy to encourage us to refuse anything difficult; when the most difficult days are approaching.
So instead of training and gaining the strength to overcome; when the weight of the true fight comes, it would crumple us. (We must TRAIN and GAIN the strength to OVERCOME spiritually NOW; that’s the point of this message!) Where are our spiritual callouses? Where are our muscles of perseverance? Have we comforted and pampered ourselves to the point that we can no longer hold our own body weight? How will we be able to carry our brother or sister if we can’t even carry ourselves? How would David have been able to overcome Goliath; if he had not first overcome the lion, and the bear?
Let’s look at it another way. People boarding the Titanic cruise ship had their mind set for pleasure and relaxation. Their thoughts were on luxury and convenience. They had no idea that in a few hours they would be fighting for their own lives, and the lives of those around them. Even the Captain and some of the crew knew that many of the life boats and much of the safety equipment was lacking.
“But, who needs it? This ship is unsinkable!” Was their cry.
Sound familiar? We have heard several years ago; that certain businesses were too big to fail. What about all the world’s empires before us; were they too big to fail? I don’t know, but fall they did.
“But, aren’t we God’s chosen nation?” some would ask…
“Righteousness [moral and spiritual integrity and virtuous character] exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace (reproach) to any people.”
PROVERBS 14:34 Amplified Bible
Even our enemies that call us Infidels are right when they point to our promiscuity, perversion, murder of the innocent, and greed.
In light of this; do we still refuse to repent for our silence?
Since we refuse to repent and return to Him as a nation; should we not at least heed His call to train for a fight, that we cannot escape?
He is supernaturally patient with us; and allows us to skip out on training (because we have free will). He will not force us to train! This does not change the fact that we need all of His training that we can get! Nor does it change the inevitability of our impending fight!
Don’t you think that those that have been shipwrecked or dropped into some survival situation have wished that they were better prepared? And instead of smooth and tender hands; that they had some callouses and endurance from training?
How about some wisdom concerning building and maintaining a fire?
Or knowledge about catching and foraging for the right foods?
Or the hearing and discerning of His voice?
Or being able to refine the dross of lies; out of the “truth”, being spouted out (so you won’t be able to be deceived by their deception).
How about experiencing God’s presence so we would not be lost or wondering “what would Jesus do”?
“Then we will no longer be little children, tossed and carried about by all kinds of teachings that change like the wind. We will no longer be influenced by people who use cunning and clever strategies to lead us astray. Instead, as we lovingly speak the truth, we will grow up completely in our relationship to Christ, who is the head.” Ephesians 4:14-15 God’s Word Translation
Joseph “stored up” in Egypt during times of plenty so that during the times of famine, Egypt would be a place of refuge. He trained in the pit, in Potiphar’s house, in the prison, and finally in Pharaoh’s government.
Then the fight came just as it was promised. Oh yes, there are more than good and precious promises; there are promises of consequence as well.
“You must understand this: In the last days there will be violent periods of time. People will be selfish and love money. They will brag, be arrogant, and use abusive language. They will curse their parents, show no gratitude, have no respect for what is holy, and lack normal affection for their families. They will refuse to make peace with anyone. They will be slanderous, lack self-control, be brutal, and have no love for what is good. They will be traitors. They will be reckless and conceited. They will love pleasure rather than God. They will appear to have a godly life, but they will not let its power change them. Stay away from such people.” {2 Timothy 3:1-5 God’s Word Translation.}
What’s the first step in our training? Taking our sweet “bon-bon” anointing and allowing it to come into contact with His “Fire”; transforming our current anointing into a “bon-fire” anointing. In which we no longer have to be prodded by external forces; to release hindrances and distractions, but we ourselves will be seeking and pulling them out of our own closets casting them into the fire! All for His glory! But, we can enjoy watching them burn!
“What else can we burn for His glory? This is fun!”
Yes, training can be fun! But, even when we experience pain in training; Hebrews 12:11 tells us we will reap a peaceful harvest of right living for those trained in this way. Nevertheless, the point is that we must train (prepare) for the fight. Because the fight is coming. Don’t be dismayed, be prepared! God doesn’t want us to be unprepared or unaware. Don’t bury your head in the sand! Don’t be caught off guard! Be vigilant and FIGHT!
Why enter the ring with a glass jaw, smooth hands, a scrawny body, and a weak constitution? Be bold, be brave, be TRAINED!

How many people have we put in their place?
Bosses, co-workers, spouses, children, friends, and enemies; have all found their place in our lives. They all have been placed there by us. Some of them may not like their place in our lives, but they have it nonetheless.
The only person that seems to struggle with “their” place is our own self. Wouldn’t it be great if we had a word from the Lord about “our place”? Let’s look at John 14:2 & 3 and then we will unpack it:
“In My Father’s house are many mansions (literally “dwellings”); if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” (John 14:2&3 NKJV)
Jesus went to the Father to prepare a place for you!
But, apparently there is a lot of warfare about this, because they had heard “In My Fathers house are many dwellings”; yet they were in a battle to believe it. Because of this, Jesus had to assure them that it was a true statement.
There was (and is) so much deception around this concept of our Father having prepared many places of dwelling for us; that Jesus had to tell them that: He would have told them if this was false.
Apparently this great truth was turned into some “pie in the sky” & “sweet by and by” fairy-tale as a way to discount the validity of it; by our enemy. Sound familiar?
Why do we want to limit ourselves??!! Why do we stay in ONLY one place of dwelling that He has prepared for us (if we even dare do that)? Hasn’t the Father prepared many “rooms” for us?
We have heard that: “Your gifting will make room for you.” But, hasn’t the Father prepared many rooms for us to operate in? (As it is in heaven, let it be here on earth)
Is God’s will for our lives satisfied; just merely by us being saved?
Is that the only room He has prepared for us?
Will we be satisfied with staying an infant in His kingdom forever? Is this the only room we wish to visit? To dwell in?
“Well this is what I’m called to.” (Said in a manner as if that is the totality of what God has for you.)
“This is the current grace over my life right now.”
“I don’t feel the need for or have the desire for that now; it’s not my time. Maybe later.”
Do we desire to stay in the bedroom and to not come out? Jesus is in the kitchen cooking breakfast. Don’t you want to go and be with Him? Don’t you want to stay right by His side and be wherever He is?
Don’t you want to see ALL He has prepared for you?
Or will you stay in that one room forever? Are we waiting for Jesus to return to that room from doing His great exploits? Jesus has already done His great exploits and sat down at the right hand of the Father! It’s time (and He is waiting) for us and our great exploits! But, we’re afraid to leave the “ONE” room He has prepared for us.
Wake up! Get out of bed! Get out of the one room!
He has MANY places of dwelling prepared for us! He has and is preparing a place of dwellings for us; so that where He is, there we may be also. The goal is being with Him; dwelling with Him.
Has He not already “come again” into your life causing you to be “born again”? Has He not already received you unto Himself?
Then dwell with Him! Never leave His side!
If He visits the first room (where you were first introduced); then go in and dwell in there with Him. When He draws you out into the many other places of dwelling; go out to meet Him, dwell with Him there.
Jesus didn’t stay in an empty tomb! Don’t stay in an empty room!
Go out and do your great exploits; that He has for you so you can be seated with Him in heavenly places forever! Never again to leave His side. Refuse the “one room” mentality that wants to keep you isolated from Him!

5:42 am. To Will and To Do 10/14/16
I just feel like some declarative statements need to be made. Statements of Love and compassion. Statements of a father. Statements from our Father. To His children in a dry and thirsty land. Where water is hard to find.
Hope of our rescue is not far off and distant.
.
He that formed the planets in His belly; has formed our plans.
.
His overpowering love for us continually flows out; for us.
.
What we have heard of Him, of His great love and compassion; the half has not been told.
.
Just when we think we have exhausted His mercies toward us; He refreshes them daily.
.
Who can withhold His mighty right hand, when He reaches tenderly for His flock?
.
Our patience is worn and fragile concerning ourselves. He is unaffected by our frustration with ourselves. He looks past the mirage and sees the truth.
.
In the dry and barren places of our lives He causes water to spring from the rocks.
.
Our God has heard us. He has answered us. We have looked in all the wrong places for Him.
.
His Vine is sure and will not be shaken; yet He shakes the leaves causing us to grow and bring forth fruit.
.
Those that listen and heed His voice can never truly fall.
.
Failure is not a choice to Him; it is void and empty to Him. He does not know it.
.
Those that enter into His pasture and have tasted of His drink will never be satisfied elsewhere.
.
Look! He has made a sure place for us. A place of safety, a place of refuge and a shelter from the storm. The place of hiding that springs up in times of trouble. It was not there before. He has created it just in time.
.
Where your head lays; your soul prays. Always rest in Him.
.
During your times of fast; don’t forget His still small voice that drowns out all the other’s shouts.
.
When things are slow and frustrating for you; He is near. Focus. Reach out to Him. Delight in Him. He smiles over you.
.
When weariness and fatigue tries to move in; break out with shouts of joy! Your Victor is close at hand.
.
You, your children, and your children’s children, shall see and taste of His mighty exploits.
.
He has not forgotten you “barren one”. He will remove that term from your mouth. Who else will there be, to mother and father the nations; if not you?
.
Yes, He is a generational God and you are a part of His generations. He will never forget you. You are a part of Him. He has inscribed you on the palms of His hands; so that you are ever before Him.
May our God be ever before us; and never leave our sight.

Five for ONE
“HEAR, O ISRAEL: THE LORD OUR GOD, THE LORD IS ONE.” Deuteronomy 6:4 (Jewish Publication Society Tanakh 1917)
[Jesus replied, “This is the most important: ‘Hear O Israel, the Lord our God is One Lord, (Mark 12:29 Berean Study Bible)]
This was the beginning of Jesus’ reply to the question of: “What is the greatest command?” I love it! It was almost as if Jesus started His reply with: “If you want to start with the greatest you have to start with the ONE!” But, Jesus knew because of their pride-fullness and disobedience; they only wished to be judged as being right; instead of living and actually being right.
[When that day comes, seven women will grab one man and say, “We’ll eat our own food and provide our own clothes. Just let us marry you for your name. Take away our disgrace.” (Isaiah 4:1 God’s Word Translation.)]
Why should “only” our disgrace be taken away? Do we not need the total blessing and complete flow that comes from the ONE? Can we really provide for ourselves? Do we not desperately need His relational flow much more than the removal of the disgraceful looks from the unbelievers? Surely being married to the ONE is much better than just taking His name! And more than just some outward symbol; or something done only for public approval. No wonder we have: “a form of godliness, but deny it’s power” I like how the NET bible translates 2 Timothy 3:5……
[“They will maintain the outward appearance of religion but will have repudiated its power. So avoid people like these.”]
let’s look at this word “repudiated”: it is the past tense form of “repudiate”; which means to:
(1) refuse to accept or be associated with.
(2) deny the truth or validity of.
(3) refuse to fulfill or discharge (an agreement, obligation, or debt).
(4) divorce.
And the scripture says to AVOID people like these, but we seem prone to want to garner their approval and join their cliques. Joining ourselves to those that have divorced themselves from God’s power? Whoops! That’s a wrong answer.
[“But the [Holy] Spirit explicitly and unmistakably declares that in later times some will turn away from the faith, paying attention instead to deceitful and seductive spirits and doctrines of demons,” (1 Timothy 4:1 Amplified Bible)]
I want to encourage us to avoid this deception by surrendering ALL to the ONE!
Don’t rely merely on your 5 senses! (hearing, sight, touch, smell, and taste)
It is not the way to live! Jesus didn’t live that way and He was completely whole. There was no sin in Him. He was and is complete in His “God-ness”; and was totally complete in His humanity while here on the earth. So let’s see what Jesus had to say about relying on our senses:
[“Jesus replied, “You’re right that you only have my word. But you can depend on it being true. I know where I’ve come from and where I go next. You don’t know where I’m from or where I’m headed.
You decide according to what you can see and touch. I don’t make judgments like that.
But even if I did, my judgment would be true because I wouldn’t make it out of the narrowness of my experience but in the largeness of the One who sent me, the Father.
That fulfills the conditions set down in God’s Law: that you can count on the testimony of two witnesses. And that is what you have: You have my word and you have the word of the Father who sent me.” (John 8:14-18 MSG)]
Jesus had truly experienced the Father often (in external and supernatural movings) and continually (internally) while here on earth. But He didn’t make His judgements out of what he had seen in the past (His experiences). He didn’t make His judgements (about what could or would happen) out of what He had seen and touched; or out of the current (now surroundings).
Do you think Jesus had touched and seen more of the supernatural than you and I?
Of course He had!
Don’t you think His judgements about what could and should happen; according to the environment around Him would have been right?
Yes! His judgements would have been clear and just; about what could and should take place in a person or region according to the environment.
But, Jesus refused to make judgements like that! He had told them before and He would tell them again:
[So Jesus explained, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does. (John 5:19 New Living Translation)]
and again in (John 12:49 Berean Study Bible)…..
[I have not spoken on My own, but the Father who sent Me has commanded Me what to say and how to say it.]
He did what He saw the Father doing! Jesus lived in the moment! He looked moment by moment to the Father. Seeing how the Father perceived the situation and what He wanted to do.
Jesus didn’t say: “Oh I know how this goes” or “I’ve run across this before”.
He didn’t have a been “there” done “that” attitude. Even though in many respects He had; been there and done that!
Who else came down out of heaven that was God, and became flesh and lived among us? If the Father wanted something done in a person or situation; Jesus didn’t respond with:
“Father, that’s just weird!” or “Can’t We just do what We did last time?”.
Every person and situation was different; unique to Him, so He treated them that way.
Live in the moment with God! Don’t live out of the past; and out of your own experiences. Don’t live in the future exclusively either.
God wants us in the NOW!
It’s where He speaks to us, teaches us, and uses us. “Now” is where He wants to touch us, meet us, and fill us! Not in some future glory or some future date (Oh yes there is future glory for us too), but He longs for us now, So let’s be with Him now, and since we are with Him; let’s look to Him and see and hear what He is saying and doing and then, Let’s ONLY do that! No more will be accepted (it will burn up in the fire) and no less will be tolerated!

Accusations or Astonishment
If our purity doesn’t matter and our gladness is irrelevant; then why does the devil spend so much time trying to rob them?
How about our joy? Our peace? How about our thankful heart? How about us sharing with one another? Does the hater of our soul want that to flourish?
So, the enemy loves to whisper in our ear.
But, why should we give the enemy the desires of his heart??!!
Doesn’t he try to steal our everything? Why would we want to give him anything?
Yet, we are so prone to doubt ourselves. So, the whispers start to take their toll. He’s got some time so he tries to wait us out….with whispers of accusations…here’s some examples:
Accusation #1 “Did God really say that? Or did you think that up yourself?”
Accusation #2 “No one cares about your sacrifice, honesty, or what you are doing. Don’t you get it? Nobody cares or is even looking!”
Accusation #3 “You don’t even know how you got here. So how can you know where to go, next? You’ll never reach your goal!”
Accusation #4 “And about that; aren’t you thinking a little too highly of yourself? You can’t even give your ministry away…better keep your day job!”
Accusation #5 “You know that you’re a nobody…God only uses somebody’s!”
By the time he’s done you’re so beat down; you feel like you don’t even deserve to be a Christian. I don’t understand how this happens, but satan somehow twists or tries to twist the very things in us that should be the firmest within us. Let’s remind ourselves of the truth of the matter.
We’re not trying to answer the devil. We’re reminding ourselves (because we don’t care what the devil thinks!):
Truth #1 Yes, God really did say that! And I remember running the opposite direction for years…so I’m pretty sure I didn’t think this up!
Truth #2 Hmmmm. I seem to remember God caring enough to send His only Son while we were still slaves to sin!
God is always looking ….
“The eyes of the LORD search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9 NLT)
Truth #3 “The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives.”
(Psalms 37:23 NLT)
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
(Jeremiah 29:11 NLT)
Truth #4 “yet the house of Israel will not be willing to listen to you, since they are not willing to listen to Me. Surely the whole house of Israel is stubborn and obstinate.” (Ezekiel 3:7 NASB)
“You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using My name.” (John 15:16 NLT)
Truth #5 If God used a donkey; can’t He use us?
God formed man out of the dust of the ground; breathed into him and he became a living soul….
Jesus took the water and turned it into wine (Can He not take the person we are; and make us the person He sees?)….
On two different recorded occasions He took the bread and fish and blessed and multiplied them and fed the crowds….
God used John the baptist who cried out in the wilderness….
God called & used the disciples who all had no formal religious education except for Paul (and Paul had to lay that down)…
“Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And He chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.”
(1 Corinthians 1:27-29 NLT)
“It is God alone who judges; He decides who will rise and who will fall” (Psalms 75:7 NLT).
He alone decides who will be lifted up and who will be humbled! Not us! Not our own foolish thoughts or the devil’s constant whispers!
Lord, don’t let foolish agreements come between us. Agreements with selfish desires, wrong thinking, and the desires of our enemy! The enemy of both God and man. Let our thoughts of coming into agreement with him repulse us! Like it really should; if we were able to see it clearly! Let us not define ourselves or allow ourselves to be defined. We are all created uniquely by You; so help us to stop comparing. In Jesus name; amen.
Be the “you” God has intended! Not the copy of someone else who is trying to copy yet another person. Agree with Truth. He has given it to us plainly. Search it out! Don’t make agreements with the whispers! Shut them up! Lock them out!
Your job is to be focused solely on Jesus. You’ve got no time for the vain imaginations of whispers.
Your sole mission is “being” and “becoming”. Eyes fixed on Jesus! Behold Him! Be like Him!
for as it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”

Jesus didn’t let anyone define Him; whether it was his enemies, the religious leaders, or even His beloved disciples. Jesus knew this truth; so He told them:
“I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what He sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him everything He is doing. In fact, the Father will show Him how to do even greater works than healing this man. Then you will truly be astonished. John 5:19,20 NLT
Silence the accusations,
Be like Jesus,
do what you see Him doing.
Then you and everyone around you will be astonished; even our enemy will look on, in disbelief………….it’s all he knows.

Catalyst
“Catalyst: A person or thing that precipitates (comes before, causing) an event.”
“A substance that increases the rate of a chemical reaction without itself undergoing any permanent chemical change.”
Why do we let the world and the swirling abyss of the enemy’s lies influence us?
Are we not the ones that cause or instigate CHANGE?
Why do we allow ourselves to be changed by the external shouts and internal whispers that are NOT from God?
He has placed us here to be HIS catalysts; not to be changed by our surroundings, but rather to permanently and completely change everything we come in contact with!
I’ll tell you why we hear the shouts and whispers.
Because our enemy (God’s enemy) knows that if he can shut us down, restrict, or limit us in knowing who we are in God and who God has created us to be; then the devil knows that in some way he has thwarted God’s plan. Not God’s ultimate plan; because even the enemy is not so stupid as to think that. But, if he can hinder you (one person) from entering into their destiny of being God’s catalyst; then he can not only hinder them, but possibly even cause those that were to be affected (changed) by your ministry, to remain unchanged.
How are we to see God’s desired reaction if we hold back?
Notice I said God’s desired reaction; not ours! We see the foaming starting to take place in the chemical (spiritual) reaction and we start holding back. When God’s goal is to see the whole situation, person, environment changed. We see the few bubbles or vapor starting to appear and we’re like…
“Well I better quit! Things are starting to get stirred up. I’m rocking the boat…settle down.”
WHAT?!!
God wants not one molecule to be left unchanged! He wants the WHOLE situation, person, environment changed! What are we doing holding back??!! We for sure don’t know better than God does; about what He wants!
God wants us to have more of Him than just a name (Christians); or more than for us to wear Him like a t-shirt. He wants to change every part of us. Not to just be an additive. God IS the ultimate catalyst! You cannot hold Him back from His purposes! Don’t let the devil hold you back from your purpose, because it is from God; and the devil can’t hold you back either!
So STOP LETTING him!

Are you feeding His body or the flesh? 9/21/16
Does your “prophetic” or “encouraging” word give life, sustenance, and refreshing to a warrior in the heat of a battle? Or is it fleshly candy given to the lazy, over fed, and stationary full grown baby?
Even…Esau sold his birthright for some meat!
And we know what God said about Esau. He’s the only individual singled out as “hated” by God. So what do you think the Master will do with these “candy merchants” who give out sweet tasting treats that have NO spiritual nutritional value?!
“What was that word again ?”
“I don’t know , but it was good and sweet.”
“You know; I know it’s only been a few hours, but I’m hungry for another “word”.
Not only do the words/treats lack strengthening spiritual substance, but they are given out the full grown, fleshly, lazy, and carnally minded “babies” who refuse to grow. Who refuse anything that challenges them; or that they “feel” is outside of their “call” from God.
Intercession and mourning with and for those who are persecuted?
“No way! I’m on God’s party barge! We only celebrate; and receive good things!”
Suffering for Jesus sake?
“Let’s let someone else (less fortunate) do that!”
“Don’t you know where we live?”
“We don’t believe in suffering! Jesus suffered enough for us!”
Yes! But, Jesus said in John 15:20 NIV Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.”
So if they persecuted Jesus; and He said they would persecute us (His servants) then; why are you NOT experiencing persecution on “God’s party barge”? Could it be because you are being swept along (drifting) with the current of the world? Going the same direction as everyone else so; of course they don’t have a problem with you.
You’re on “your” boat of convictions and ideas and they are on theirs; and you ALL are just drifting along wherever the winds and waves take you! (straight for DESTRUCTION!)
So liven up Candy Merchants! Maybe it’s not to late to tell those you are on the “party barge” with; to row. Row against the flow! Row against the flood of ungodliness that rushes out; of seemingly every pore of mankind! And to look for, and find some good spiritual meat! Even if you have to go buy some.
Or since good meat might be hard to find…Here’s a place you can find some…how about investigating, empathizing with, praying for, connecting to, and supporting the persecuted church! If you refuse to support them now, will you expect someone to support you when you are persecuted?
Start standing for something! Start standing for Him! If someone persecutes you because of your thoughts and ideas; then maybe they are right, or maybe you are right. (50/50 chance)
And there’s no reward in that!
But if someone persecutes you over God’s thoughts and ideas then; God is right (100%) and they are wrong (again 100%) and you will be rewarded because you are on the Lord’s side (Not because you were right…Yes, God is always right; but the reward comes from being on HIS side!).
Luke 3:7-9
“When crowds of people came out for baptism because it was the popular thing to do, John exploded: “Brood of snakes! What do you think you’re doing slithering down here to the river? Do you think a little water on your snakeskins is going to deflect God’s judgment?
It’s your life that must change, not your skin.
And don’t think you can pull rank by claiming Abraham as ‘father.’ Being a child of Abraham is neither here nor there—children of Abraham are a dime a dozen. God can make children from stones if he wants. What counts is your life. Is it green and blossoming? Because if it’s deadwood, it goes on the fire.””
Luke 3:7-9 MSG
Let’s be warriors that eat meat, being nourished and connected to His vine. Green and blossoming; alive in Him. Deadwood is only of use to a warrior when it is burned up to warm his or her self from the cold; and to roast the fresh catch, over the burning embers. Let’s not be like the deadwood; consumed and remembered no more! Conversely, God’s warrior will not only delivered from the eternal fire, but remembered and established as a pillar in His House forever!

Prayer from the twisted path:
How can we please You? How can we best honor You? Does our daily activities and actions draw You closer? Or do You have to look away; as we boldly flaunt our “righteousness”, and pour out our empty words with no repentance. Is our pain because of our sins and stubbornness? Why do we rebel? Oh God, help! We have fallen, and we can’t get up!
Is it our way of life; that is our concern? Are we worried that we may lose some of our stuff? God come and burn it all up if it is hindering us; and keeping us further from You. I’m tired; tired of my own selfish thoughts and the emptiness of my own desires. My eyes look at things that are worthless in Your sight. Not a one of them will remain in the end. Why does everything within me seem so intent on valuing worthless things?
God we look to You; we can do nothing on our own. There is no good thing inside of us except Your presence. Lord unless You speak to us and guide us; we will fall from Your path. Our own decisions and hesitations have blocked our view of You. Our rush to judgment and quick actions to fulfill our will; has imprisoned us. If we were only as quick to praise Your great name; and to listen to Your judgements. Then no blockage or separation could come between us. Holy God, teach us to approach You rightly; not like before, when our heads were filled with knowledge about You, but our hearts were empty of You.
Enable us to walk in such a way that Your blessings will chase us down and overtake us. May we only draw Your truth to ourselves and not anything false. May false words, actions, ideas, and mindsets be unable to stick to us. May there be no place found for them; even in our house or city. Let us always be satisfied with You; but never satisfied in our nearness or knowing of You; until we are before Your throne, forever.
Your holy presence is more than we can stand; yet, we can’t live without it!
Come and meet us, breathe on us; and we will live. Speak to us; and we will hear. Teach us; and we will walk in Your path. We can no longer walk on our own. The path is too treacherous for us. We have not walked this way before. Only Your hand can guide us. In our sight every way leads to destruction; there is no good path left. The only good we know or see is our God; who alone is good! We will cling to You in spite of the hard road. Lead us not into temptation; but delivering us from the evil one. If we are to enter into persecution for Your name’s sake; may we be faithful to You. Let us not be persecuted because we were found to be false; dishonoring Your great name. Our name goes down to the dust; but Yours must be worshiped! Just not now, but forevermore! Glory to the Holy One forevermore!

Are we natural or supernatural people?
Why; natural of course! We are born naturally, reproduce naturally, and then we, like all natural things die; so this proves that we are natural beings; right?
Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7 NASB
Yes, that does sound VERY natural. Still not quite getting it?
“Then Jesus shouted out again, and he released his spirit. At that moment the curtain in the sanctuary of the Temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook, rocks split apart, and tombs opened. The bodies of many godly men and women who had died were raised from the dead. They left the cemetery after Jesus’ resurrection, went into the holy city of Jerusalem, and appeared to many people.”
Matthew 27:50-53 NLT
So, this is proof and complete payment (buying back) from our sins through which we receive salvation. Again, very natural. What about one more example. But, this one is for only those that believe in Holy Spirit. Because some believe most all of the bible; all of it’s judgements, all of its prophecies (promises), and all of it’s teachings; except for that one part. That huge life giving; Jesus went to heaven so we could receive Him part.
“On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.” Acts of the Apostles 2:1-4 NLT.
So, again we see we are very natural people; bound by our surroundings to live very natural lives. Bound to what??!!
After this we see the account of “natural”, “carnal” Peter healing all manner of sickness. He was perhaps the most “natural” and “carnal” of the disciples. He was always speaking without thinking, overreacting, even denying Jesus 3 times on the night of Jesus’ betrayal. And in Acts 5 we see Peter’s shadow healing people. They even took strips of his old clothes and sent them out and “it” healed people.
What, and how many LIES have we believed to be able take our SUPERNATURAL God breathed lives and turn them into a natural, carnal, powerless existence?
Is it fun to dwell in the natural, and the mundane? Do you get refreshing from living there? Does it lift your spirit? Of course not! That’s because YOU were created supernaturally and designed to live in the supernatural! So how will you ever get fulfillment from your natural, mundane lives that drag us further and further downward? Only in one way. By OVERCOMING it! And stepping into your supernatural destiny!
“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” Ephesians 2:10 NLT
So, since He has already planned it long ago (even before we were born); maybe we should go ahead and start walking in it. How do we do this? By taking every opportunity of opposition in the natural as a challenge for your supernatural to come out and be developed. How will we develop our supernatural IN and THROUGH and BY Him; if we never use it? Step out into your destiny! Draw on Him! As He drew you to your salvation; draw on Him to break in supernaturally, in your life. He didn’t pay the price and lay out the plan for us to just exist; or to wallow in our natural (which was never really natural at all).
THERE IS ALWAYS A FIRST! No matter how many times you have seen nothing; if you don’t give up, if you continue to “draw” on Him, you will see something (your first)! Then your second, third, and so on. Let’s get to our “so on”; soon, because we need it. Those around us need it. Our world needs it. And He needs (desires) it for us! Never allow the natural to shackle your supernatural! He has overcome the world! Not the other way around! So let’s stop it from overcoming us! It may have gotten us down (the world), but He had us first and He will have His will done in us; at last!

What if?
Have you ever played the “what if” game in your head? You know…”What if I had a million dollars?” “What if I could heal every sick person?” And things like that.

(( What if, the account of God; the one about Him being sorry that He had created man (resulting in the flood) was in the New Testament and not the old. And His sorrow was over the callings and gifts He had placed on and in man))
.
Do we wear the prophetic as a coat or hat that we can take off and put on??!!
Why do you want to wear Me like a coat or hat that will wear out and be good for nothing, but to be thrown into the fire. Have you not read that: “Don’t put the Lord your God to a test” and “My Spirit will not always strive with man.” ?? Then why do you test Me in this? Why do you want to “try” My patience and My kindness towards you? I assure you the vat of My patience towards you; that once overflowed; will run out because of your constant stiff-necked rebellion. And My Loving-kindness will be kindled into righteous anger because of your mockery:
“God doesn’t see, it doesn’t matter to Him what we do, this will not offend Him.”
I will prove to you that I see, I will show forth that it matters, I will release My flood of pent up offenses because of you. If you were not called by My name, if you didn’t call yourselves “My prophets”, if you didn’t say “we are of the House of the Lord“, there may have been found mercy in the vats for you. But instead of repentance you said:
“We will come back and deal with this at our convenience, God is calling; He will call at another time, we will deal with Him then.”
Have I become your errand boy? Will you send Me on a journey and call for Me when it is time for Me to return?
Will the hand shake the whole body? Will the lips tell the One who made them what to do? Will the tongue be able to form the words to direct The Creator?
Why do you hate Me so? For your love for Me is like hate when you serve it to Me cold and tasteless. Without regard “Oh, we love you Lord!” You say with the Corban flowing down your throats! Where is My food and drink?
Who took the “holy” out of My holy prophets? I have always required it of them. This includes you; those that “see”. Why does your “see” err? Can My infinite-ance and your vain imagination mix? Does the mixture form a more clear picture? Does your additive make the colors, pop?

Who will be left to be broken? You who break; will you also break Me? Will you cast Me out with a word? Will those who are fused to Me refuse Me?
Judgement starts at The House of God. My House. None of the five will escape Me. You who encourage 1st’s; there will be firsts. 100%ers don’t worry I will do 100%. For the glory of My great name and the salvation of My mighty right arm, I will do this! I have sent My call out! It will not only be heard, but answered! My House shall be full! My House, My House; no one can deny!

3:59am. Before
“Before.” It happens in front of something special. Or It could be the very thing we look back to; hoping, praying that those times or events will return again someday. We ALL have a rich heritage (whether we realize it or not) in our ancestors that have went on “before” us.
They have believed things, hoped for things, and endured things (not expressly for us, but for our benefit nonetheless). “1 Corinthians 13:7” They in effect have loved us from afar. Before we were ever known; or formed in our mothers womb they (like God does) loved us.
But unlike God’s love; their love was not perfect towards us. They in their humanity (which was crippled and broken); have left us a legacy that we MUST struggle with. There is reward in the legacy left to us, but in their imperfect humanity we have received more than we bargained for.

Wow! Who knew; that our deeply rooted traditions would be the very thing that stumbled us the most? God knows, God knew; that’s who! It is almost hard to grasp the ability and the depth; to which our traditions have hobbled us. Our “little” and “big” systems that we refer to as: “Well, we’ve always done it that way!” ARE KILLING US!
“How are they doing that?” You say.
If they are rendering “the word of God” to “no effect” in those areas; how are we receiving life AT ALL, in those areas??!! Was it not the “word” of God through which we received “life” in the first place? Did He not; form Adam from the dust of the ground, breath His word (breath) of life into him, and he (Adam) became a living soul?
God likes and makes things “simple”. Not because He is not complex, there is NONE more complex than Him; but, because WE like making things complex. We ALL are prone to adding in, our own “little” part. Taking the simple and plain things of God and turning them into a monstrosity! God is not a monster, nor will He flow through a monstrosity!!!
How about us doing our true part? Not adding to or taking away ANYTHING! (Revelation 22:19) So let’s deconstruct and deconstrict any obstruction in the flow of LIFE. I’m not talking about “throwing the baby out with the bath water” (then again; maybe I am), let’s get RADICAL about it! If there is some “baby” (tradition/systems) that need to be saved; God will stop our hand just as He did with Abraham when he was about to sacrifice Isaac. Let’s let God decide which/what; traditions/systems need to be saved. I’m sure He has already set them into action; in and through His word. To the rest of them…..out you go! And good riddance, you have held us back for way too long.
AAAhhhh, I can feel His Breath of Life starting to flow already!

5:18am Fighting
Fighting for freedom. Fighting for our rights. Fighting for what is ours. Even in spiritual matters we see fighting (or contending). Fighting for justice. Fighting against spiritual wickedness in high places. Fighting (like Jesus) the enemy with the words (His sword and His words) that comes from our mouth. Even the Lord’s very name used the most in scripture is “the Lord of angel armies” or “the Lord of hosts”. Since we serve THE God of angel armies we should do like Paul encouraged us and as a faithful soldier not entangle ourselves with certain matters.
For example why should we worry and fight about what is “ours”? Have we as a faithful soldier not already given everything to Him? If we have then; is it really ours to fight over? But, conversely should we not engage the enemy (us being soldiers) over things our Master has bled and once died for??!!
Why does the enemy engage in deception or twisting of the truth anyhow? Since it doesn’t really matter (we say) how we feel (what we believe) about whatever subject is being twisted. Do we have to be “right” about everything and have “it” altogether (whatever “it” is) before God can use us in an area? NO! GOD FORBID! Then nothing for sure would get done in advancing HIS Kingdom. But, the enemy is not totally stupid. he knows that if he can twist certain aspects of THE truth that we will NEVER arrive at that truth. Unless we repent and change our agreement with darkness and the twisting of truth.
How better to keep people from being healed than to twist the truth of it until people can no longer find what God FREELY has made provision for!
Healing by process…part 2
God doesn’t want us to remain in a twisted condition. Physically or spiritually or in any way! Yes, He has used people with messed up theology, messed up personal, or business lives to heal others! So should we just stay or is it okay to stay messed up in our thinking then?
Does God not want us to think rightly about Him and His ways?
Does not the enemy seek to pervert our views about God and His ways?
Even to the point of how we view ourselves?
If we are to walk in the “right paths” can we do it with messed up gps coordinates in our head about God? Won’t those messed up coordinates eventually lead us off of the path of everlasting life, when we follow them?
Process is : “a series of steps or actions taken in order to get to a particular end.”
A checklist; if you will. God doesn’t want us going down a checklist in order for someone to receive healing. We would surely mess it up then. Like the children of Israel taking the 10 commandments and turning them into the 613 “fence” laws to supposedly keep people from even coming close to sinning. So Jesus whittled it down to two. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself.” Yet, they still choked on that!
What I was trying to say is that there maybe a required action (OBEDIENCE) (there definitely & most assuredly will be OBEDIENCE!) by the one receiving healing and/or the vessel through which healing comes. But, every leperous person was not healed in the same manner or “process” if you will. Naaman had to dip 7 times in the Jordan (I’m sure other people after Naaman was healed tried the same process, of dipping in the Jordan; without being healed).
Jesus just as easily could have said to the 10 lepers (in Luke 17:11-19) “go dip 7 times in the Jordan River”.
He would have even had “scripture” for it. And the ones hearing it (the 10) surely would have known the story of Naaman. So their faith would have been greatly increased! With great gladness they would have said “We will be like Naaman, our skin will become like a baby’s again!” And they might have also been able to say to Jesus before they went to dip themselves in the Jordan
“Thank you Master, for now we know you are who you say you are because you are telling us the way to scripturaly be healed of leperousy.”
But, Jesus went seemingly out of His way to NOT heal as Elisha had done. Why? Because He desires/wants obedience! Not religious & witchy formulas! Only Love FROM Him and obedience OF Him. It’s the only way!
And as for it taking time …we see in one of the most remote references such as:
2 Kings 20:7 NLT Then Isaiah said, “Make an ointment from figs.” So Hezekiah’s servants spread the ointment over the boil, and Hezekiah recovered!
We don’t know nor does it matter how long it took Hezekiah to recover. I see nowhere in the scriptures where we are supposed to relent and say “Well, I guess it’s just going to take some time…time heals all.”
NO JESUS HEALS ALL!….
Even those that are sick and oppressed of the devil!
Does the “it takes place over time” mantra cause us to press in more; or to slowly but surely let our passion for that person/area/situation fade further and further away? That’s why we don’t see in scripture; that it took someone 3 minutes, 4 hours, 6 months, or 7 years (or any particular/specific time frame) to be healed by God. Because then we might be tempted to say
“Oh well, it wasn’t 3 minutes. I guess I’ll wait til 4 hours. Oh well 6 months isn’t that long to wait”.
God creates! the hater of our soul waits!

2:45 am To fortify
fortify:
(1) “To strengthen (a place) with defensive works so as to protect it against attack.”
(2) “To strengthen or invigorate (someone) mentally or physically”…..
I want to add spiritually as well.
These two definitions of fortify are two goals that I want to see accomplished in this session. I had intended to release the last, large block (section) of this message when it was more fully formed; or when I thought I myself might have a better grasp on it. But, just like a city under siege; in some instances action cannot be delayed any longer. Lest the whole city fall into ruin. I realize there are MANY such areas that could fall into this “urgency” at this time. But, sometimes it is better to focus on one area and be able to fortify it and once it is strengthened, then move on the next area.
2:46 am To heal the sick
This is an area of great weakness currently in my life and in the lives of so many others (even though this should not “be”). But, even the brilliant minds and millions (or billions) of dollars of modern medicine fail as well. So I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised at my weakness; except for the fact that “Kingdom” I am operating in and want to operate in is Jesus’.
When He was here on earth and His time had fully come; He went about healing “ALL who were sick and oppressed by the devil.” I know not everyone in the city was healed when Jesus visited it. And that there was at least one time where He came into a city and could “only” heal a few sick folks (and this caused Him to marvel at their unbelief). Still yet, we don’t see/hear of Jesus laying His hands on someone, interceding on their behalf and them not being healed. Even with whatever “struggles” Jesus and the apostles may have had with the unbelief of the people surrounding them and those they ministered to in healing; I still don’t remember them EVER referring to it as a “process”. But, since we hear so much about healings coming by process let’s talk about it.
Healing by process
“When they arrived at Bethsaida, some people brought a blind man to Jesus, and they begged him to touch the man and heal him. Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. Then, spitting on the man’s eyes, he laid his hands on him and asked, “Can you see anything now?” The man looked around. “Yes,” he said, “I see people, but I can’t see them very clearly. They look like trees walking around.” Then Jesus placed his hands on the man’s eyes again, and his eyes were opened. His sight was COMPLETELY RESTORED , and he could see everything clearly.” Mark 8:22-25 NLT

..So we see that the blind man was healed over many days, and months, and years. WHAT???!!! No he wasn’t! He was healed that very day! Jesus CONTENDED for the blind man’s healing; NOT subjecting him to a “healing process”!
HEALING DOES NOT COME BY PROCESS! Learning and understanding usually does (but not all the time), but not healing!
Except in one case; the natural healing of our bodies that comes to the wicked and the just; the God haters and the God lovers alike. (note: this “process” comes AFTER the fall. Before Adam fell in the garden even he wasn’t subject to this “natural process”.) We don’t have to pray for the “healing process” (because it’s “natural” under the law of sin and death) to come into being any more than we need to pray and fast for the sun to come up tomorrow! You that have been “involved” in the “healing process” stop patting yourselves on the back! You had no more to do with that than you did with the sun coming up this morning! Why is it; every time we come up against something we have NO POWER over; it’s a dammed process? Yes, as all the religious spirits cover their mouths. It is a dammed process; dammed & cursed by God (remember Adam’s fall) yet we want to operate through it and try to receive healing or life from it ?!!
Life from something God has dammed?!!
It doesn’t happen. It will not happen. Hasn’t He prepared a better way? The carnally minded people say we’re crazy…and when that kind of talk and operation of “process” is taking place they are right. Just because “natural” healing and “modern” medicine “heals” by process; it has ABSOLUTELY NO BEARING on the way the Kingdom of God operates!
Now let’s look in Mark 8:22-25 again. I know there is a lot here. We can mine/dig so much out of God’s word, but I want to focus on the fact that it all occurred at the same time. It didn’t happen over a course of hours/days/weeks/months/years. Let’s look even at the Old testament/Old covenant just to be thorough; and to assure us that even then; there was NO PROCESS! In 2 Kings chapter 5 we see the story of Naaman the leaper and Elisha the prophet. Naaman was told to dip himself in the Jordan river 7 times and was healed IMMEDIATELY! He didn’t have to wait months or years. In ALL these cases obedience was mandatory, but “process” or a “formula” was irrelevant and completely absent! (how many OTHER people recorded in scripture were healed by dipping 7 times in the Jordan river?) I can’t remember where I first heard this, but it’s so true: “In spiritual matters, the only “ones” who use formulas are witches!” I think it was Bobby Connor, but God knows.
Hopefully, by now we can clearly see the deception that has tried to creep in.
Our lack of power, IN God IN ANY area should be guarded against deception of the truth and acceptance of the lack. If we are lacking in ANY area; let’s seek God! Let’s press in! Let’s don’t look for or settle for excuses. He has the answers! He knows what we are in need of. He knows what our city needs. He alone knows what will unlock our powerlessness. Our frustration. Our desperation. What will release our captive “hope”. Without faith it is impossible to please Him, so let’s keep our faith IN Him! Please….Let’s never relegate the POWER OF GOD to a process! IN ANY AREA!

Question: Why? Or, what is the reason that your messages often appear to come after being in communion with God’s people? Seems like after every time y’all gather; you always have a word to say.
Answer: I believe it’s because the Spirit within me is stirred up from being in the presence of the Lord with other like minded brothers and sisters. Also this extended time of being “in tune” with Holy Spirit through the action of “iron sharpening iron” causes spiritual senses to be sharper or more in focus. And as a side note: My body and everything within me (except my spirit) wants to go to bed. I have received & given out (always receiving more no matter how much is given out) to the point both my receiver and giver is wearied out and full. Still the word of the Lord seems to come. Should any of us wait (hold back) til a more convenient time? Should we say “Enough Lord, can’t you see we’re full? We aren’t able to thank you sufficiently for what you have already poured out!” These are questions without need for answers, because God always wanting to GIVE above and beyond anything we could ask or think; He gives even MORE!
0030 (12:30 am) “dark-thirty”
“Dark-thirty” or “zero-dark-thirty” Military time designating an unspecified time after midnight but before sunrise. Normally used in reference to either the time one goes to sleep, wakes up, or has to be on-the-job. Usually quite a while before sunrise.
I believe God is highlighting that we are in a time of extreme darkness. Perhaps as dark as we will ever see. (kind of funny in a way; that God would “highlight” our time of darkness, but He wants us to SEE the Hope of and in HIM; So, He highlights!) Oh, I know that the wickedness of the world will get darker still. And that the unveiling of the “end time” evil kingdom in fullness, is still to come. But, we who are children of Light and those drawn to the Light are in possibly our darkest hours.
“How is this?” You say.
Because in our experience in this country (America, where we live) it is very dark spiritually and we don’t yet have the “power” to light the way. So we currently see the darkness getting darker, but the “light” doesn’t appear to be getting any stronger (yet!). We know as the darkness gets the darkest even the most faint of lights become brighter. Yet, in the holy scriptures we are told of a “church”/”body”/”bride” that is becoming more and more victorious; more and more POWERFUL as time progresses. Where is this in OUR land? We have heard from messengers from other countries (“lands”) telling of the great exploits of God. While we here at “home” deal with our lives being both physically and spiritually exploited by the enemy. What gives! Where is the “alignment” in that?!
0031 (12:31 am) dark-thirty + 1 = dark-thirty ONE
What if we were to take all of the “frustrations” of our lives, that which is full of dealing with darkness and pain (because that’s what we’re surrounded with) and just admitted our lack? Just confessed our powerlessness? Agreed with Him concerning our need for Him? Did I say “Stop believing”? “Stop persevering or pursuing”? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Quite the opposite! What if we said we were wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked? What if we forsook our thoughts that we were rich, prospered, and I have need of nothing? (Rev. 3:17) What if we confronted our lack of power in Him instead of running from it?
Peter’s shadow should not be the only one that has healed the sick! Phillip should not be the only one transported from one area of God’s choosing to another! Old testament, old covenant prophets should NOT have more power than New testament, new covenant believers/followers/sons & daughters!
Under the old covenant Elisha exclaimed “Where is the Lord God of Elijah?” then he (Elisha) struck the waters with Elijah’s mantel and the waters parted. Under the new covenant Peter proclaimed “What I have, give I to you! In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!” And the man was immediately made whole!
This is not a pursuit of power for power’s sake. Even though HIS power is desperately, vitally needed. When the apostles laid their hands on a person for the receiving of the promise of Holy Spirit. They received Holy Spirit!
If we just ignore our lack of fullness will we not soon be making excuses of why we have no power? Will we soon be saying along with the faithless liars that:
“it died out with the apostles.” or “that’s not really how it happened. That’s just what someone wrote down.” ?
If we don’t confront the truth of our lack; will we ever seek Him out to fill it? Or will we allow our hunger to be turned into deception?
We HAVE TO have HIM so HE can turn our “dark-thirty” into “dark-thirty ONE”! In which; IN SPITE OF all the darkness HE will cause our light to burn brighter and brighter! Not for our glory but for HIS! Not because of us, but because of HIM! Drawing all those who long for light and desire to escape the terrors of the night closer and deeper into His marvelous light!
0055 (12:55 am) structure/order
Oh there will be structure. There will be order. Don’t fret; those who like every thing having a place and everything in it’s place. His plan has no holes. No loopholes for the lawyers to find. No twist-able justice for the judges to twist. No structural problems for the engineers to find. No malady for the doctors to treat. No vain promise for the politician to tout. No weakness for the solider to exploit. No human strategy for the generals to strategize.
It shall stand because of HIS WILL!
Not making sense to the carnal mind or the wealthy’s money. His Kingdom shall stand when all others have fallen and all the critics have gone with them. Then will the praise only be HIS: for it is because of no one else; or through anyone else; that His victory has been won!

Oh how the words burned within me. I tried to remain silent. My wife thought I had perhaps said too much. I felt as if I had been silent well. As the words were held in silence; time passed. Later, I said to myself: Surely enough words have been said! Good words, words of transparency, words of a future and a hope. Words that have revealed the heart of the matter. Surely my silence (as much as was maintained) was right! The words that had burned so much within me were only destined for silence. So I said: Enough of speaking, my silence is right; the words must have been fleshly, and of my own desire. Enough words have been spoken; and the right words in the proper amount. As I went to sleep I knew my Master would resolve the matter as He saw fit. I knew He was NOT finished speaking, but how would He speak? I knew it would be revealed. I hoped that my words (if they were tainted and mine) that burned within me would not affect His words. “Rest, go to sleep.” was the reply.
2:51am. To find One
“We know this, we have heard this!” I thought. He will leave the 99 “found”; to go find the 1. Then it was as if my anger burned within me! I saw “grass” and a “yard” (no surprise. I currently mow grass for my income) But, the grass/yard was already “burnt up” brown and dry. there was some green-ness remaining but mostly brown. so I said within myself (as a complaint to the Lord):
“Do you not care about the grass that you have already? Must you find new grass instead of caring for the old?”
The response was sudden, and present; as if there all along.
“My Kingdom MUST expand! I WILL tend and HAVE tended to the grass you see. If some looks dead or destined to die; can I not raise it? And if the grass is obstinate; refusing to live; should I not increase/expand MY KINGDOM even more; that MY HOUSE should be filled with plenty? Yes, I will tend to the grass further. For I know the grass better than you! I know when it should be watered. I know when the sun should burn it up because of it’s lack of growth. I know it’s needs for now and for future seasons!”
“Yes Sir! and Amen!”
3:02 Free to do/Free unto.
Should God not be free to do unto those as He pleases? Is He limited in His scope of influence? Should we “hold Him back” with our limited knowledge? Is He, like us; puzzled at the question offered to Him?
Is He not out for our “good”? Did He not only create us, but provide ALL; and even die for us INSTEAD of being eternally separated from us? Why then do we bother Him, and request of Him using “words” that contain for Him; as if He has a “lack of concern”?
Lack of concern is foreign to Him! Should we even intercede, then? YES! Most definitely! All the more! But, God is free to do to whom/what/where, and free to do unto each situation/person/event as HE SEES FIT. Right? Doesn’t Father truly know best? Then why be angry or frustrated with Him? Is he not out for our good? Their good? His ultimate good?
Rest in Him! Leave Him free to do and free unto! AGREE WITH HIM! Then He will answer; when we agree with Him. Then we will know He has heard our cry. Then we will be fully satisfied.
3:05, 3:06 Free of time. Free of sick.
Then time will no longer hunt us down and overtake us. We will no longer be bound to darkness and lack. Then we, like Israel delivered from Egypt; will emerge victorious! With the spoils of the land in our hands! No one sick or in bondage, because they ARE NEEDED in their FULLNESS to carry away the richness of the land. Don’t be deceived or enter into deception. This is not “pie in the sky” or for the “next life” or for “heaven someday”. Agreement with Him will not only wash our sins away, but also refresh our eyes so we can CLEARLY see Him! Then we will not only see the path of life, but the plan of attack to be carried out on the forces of darkness. The plan that will not just hinder or limit the enemy, but the plan that will send him into utter confusion and further down the path to his own destruction.
Praise be to God alone who remains seated on His throne when dealing with the enemy, but leans forward and even will STAND UP on our behalf in times of trouble and when He welcomes us home!
