Why do we allow situations and influences that we have “removed” ourselves from; to continue having influence in our lives?
We even say: “God has removed us from the situation”. In many cases this is true; God has removed us! If this is the case; why do we allow bitterness and offense to be the dominant traits in that area of our lives?
Yes; learn that the stove eye is hot. Do not put your hand there. But, don’t be offended at or by stoves! Don’t reject cooking altogether!
Is that the object lesson to be learned?
Is the reason we were removed by God, or the reason we removed ourselves; so we could grow in bitterness? I think not!!!
Sounds to me, like a plan of the enemy. Taking the trials, heartaches, and experiences; and turning them into our twisting.
God takes trials, heartaches, and experiences and turns them into:
“We know that in everything God works for the good of those who love him. These are the people God chose, because that was his plan. God knew them before he made the world. And he decided that they would be like his Son. Then Jesus would be the firstborn of many brothers and sisters.”
Romans 8:28-29 Easy Read Version
Why do we allow the enemy to turn us into his sons and daughters?
If the thing, situation, or influence that we left was twisted; why do we allow it to twist us? Didn’t you leave it because you rejected being twisted anymore? Didn’t you remove yourself because there was twisting taking place?
You did not want yourself, your family, and those that you love; to be twisted! Right?!
God wants us to take what we have experienced and let it make us sensitive; so we will be able to see and detect. This is true. But, not so that we will be ever scarred; and ever twisted!
He wants us to warn, instruct, and deliver others, not only from the twisting situation; but the potential twisting aftermath also.
Guys, if we have been delivered out of twisting; but allow ourselves to become twisted afterwards, then did we ever truly leave the situation?
Leave what God tells you to leave (the twisting).
Take what God tells you to take (the lesson, the vision, the growth, the wisdom, the experience, and the treasure that cannot be taken away).
Reject the twisting; guys.
It’s not from our Father.
NEVER let the devil be your father!
